good location , near from MRT and food

The location was great just across City Square mall and many eateries around and 5 mins walk to Farrer Park MRT station. The hotel is very badly maintained and needs to be refurbished. Definitely not worth the amount we paid for 4 nights.

The hotel location is right in front of City Square MRT station, walk a little bit to the back and you will find Mustafa Center, highly recommended for travelers looking for accommodation near MRT/Bus

The location of the hotel is strategic, near the Farrer Park mrt, near halal restaurants too, near the Mustafa center, the rooms are quite spacious, the rooms can be used for praying, the bathroom is clean, the bathtub and there is a jet shower, the receptionist is quite friendly, can speak Indonesian, when you order it's OK, you can get it the price is only 900 thousand, it's rare to find a hotel in Singapore under 1 million that has a private bathroom.

The location is very strategic, very close from Farrer park MRT and just the opposite of city square mall. The room was quite small but it was clean. The bathroom was quite OK except that the closet water pipe was leaking a bit.

Easy to find food. Easy transportation. Shopping for souvenirs 30 meters from the hotel there is Mustafa. If the hotel is only for sleeping and more walking around this hotel is very suitable.

No response when contact hotel 😅

The hotel did not help or try to respond to my request about rescheduling. I telephone and email no response. Even though I didn't stay overnight because the pandemic wasn't able to go and the hotel should have given me the opportunity to change my schedule. Not recommended this hotel. Next to Singapore will not choose this hotel.

Close to the MRT and bus, unfortunately the hot water is only warm, there is no soap and shampoo, it is very close to Mustafa Center so there is a lot of halal food.

The rooms are nice, carpeted. close to mustafa 1 minute walk. Indonesian snacks are easy, want to exchange money is also not far away.

Like it because it is close to Mustafa Center. It's bad because the central air conditioner is so cold. Then the bathtub isn't hot enough That's all the water.

I really really enjoyed a vacation to Singapore, the hotel that we stayed in was very clean, the air conditioner was cold, the bathroom was also clean, the receptionist was also very friendly, the location of the hotel was very strategic, very close to the MRT farrer park, the price was affordable, Singapore will stay at hotel 165 again

The room is quite wide compared to other hotels at the same price but the sheets and blankets are never replaced, only towels, and the receptionist cweck the glasses are very dirty and if you stay overnight you must bring your own blanket, the AC is still cool.

Although other reviewers said it already, we still went and reserved a room here. Centralized aircon could be too cold at night and too warm during the day. And we cannot do anything about it. The bathroom although big has no bidet and has a stinky smell. Flushing causes leaks. Small bathtub has no stopper and on my first time showering, I found a clump of hair on the drain. It appears our room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned even with our late check in. On our 3rd night, our room smelled like cigarette even though none of us smokes and it was midnight already. I thought someone from the other rooms could be smoking and because the aircon was centralized, the smell was sucked in and scattered to all rooms. What’s good about this place is the location. Just beside Hotel 165 is a small food centre serving delicious and affordable food. Mustafa centre, Valu$ store and MRT is just a few meters away.

Close to city squre mall, MRT farrer park station and a short walk from Mustafa mall / room condition ok The price was paid.
