Nice casino and hotel, but no fresh coffee available until 8:00 am (but room has a Kureg). Not many employees smile, and security personnel seem to outnumber casino staff.

Room was clean, shower was huge, bed was perfectly comfortable, AC was so cold! Give 5 stars to the room! Check-in took 20 mins. Multiple people trying to check in, with only 1 attendant, finally after 15 minutes another atendee showed up.

I like how clean the entire property is. The pool and hot tub are the main reasons we keep coming back! I like how the casino is located close to Fort Smith and Van Buren. There so many things to do and see in the area if gambling isn’t your thing.

This is a wonderful hotel at an amazing price

Stay was ok, staff friendly. Complaint is the hotel room and halls smelled very stale and smoke smell was strong. Could definitely use a better ventilation system. Carpet is very dated.

We always stay here when visiting our friends in Muldrow! Always clean and comfy beds! The only downfall this time was no water pressure in our shower! Maybe since we were on the 8th floor. We really have never had any issues before.

Was there for the Steel Horse motorcycle rally. Stayed here in 2023 and was very impressed so chose to stay here again with husband and friends.

Very nice place to stay. Was in the area for a motorcycle rally. Plenty of great parking for pickup truck and trailer. Friendly check in. Nice room. Great entertainment, good food and gaming fun.
