I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately encountered a small rat inside our room. I believe this might be due to trash in the corridor not being removed daily. It would be great if the staff could ensure the corridors are cleaned and checked regularly to prevent this from happening again.

The staff are very friendly and the environment is safe. I really appreciate their kindness.

Near the MRT station, the place is clean and comfortable, many shops sell food if the night is not afraid of starvation😘

When we checked in the hotel did not humble even said we did not rent this hotel even though I had paid full payment via the Traveloka Site. Finally we complained and called here and there. With a sour face and we wait 2 hours to wait.

AC cold. Room is enough for four. All are friendly. Near halal eating places and in the famous Geylang area cheap food.

The place is quite far from crowd. But it's just 5-10mins from Arab St, bugis etc

There are friends visiting must pay $ 20, friendly, bathing on a leak, lots of cockroaches, the AC is not cold and often leaks.

Message for 3 guests and should be 3 beds but instead given 2 beds and an extra bed mat. I feel aggrieved and asked for a 30% refund.

I have been 2 times disappointed over the facilities. Especially the mattresses were itchy. Karaten water heater. And many more

All my guests complained about itchy mattresses, rusty hot water.

Old hotel. Big room. No lift. Receptionist can't speak English (mandarin only)
