We contacted the receptionist about an early check-in at 12 PM and received an email confirming that check-in was possible at 12 PM. However, upon arrival, the receptionist said the room was still being cleaned and scheduled it for around 1 PM. At 1 PM, the room was still not ready, and no specific completion time was given. When we inquired about changing rooms, the receptionist said they needed to redo the paperwork and therefore couldn't assist. If they couldn't meet the confirmed check-in time, they should have informed us in advance so guests could plan their schedules accordingly, instead of waiting indefinitely. Furthermore, the official check-in time was 2 PM, but when we asked, the staff said 2:30 PM - 3 PM. So, in short, what time was guests supposed to check in?

Plus points: the resort grounds are very beautiful, carefully cared for with beautiful green grass hills, the afternoon tea area by the lotus lake is also beautiful. The resort is located near the Novaland area, so it is convenient for eating, drinking, and entertainment in the Nova area, but note that it is very far from the center of Phan Thiet (50 minutes by car according to Google Map) The minus points are that the buffet breakfast is bad and has few dishes, and the children's play area is too small and simple. If the resort had more activities for children such as a snow foam pool on weekends or chocolate/cake making hours, it would be more wonderful

My small family came here to relax, the rooms are normal, breakfast is also okay with daily dishes, the day I went the chicken pho was quite delicious, the scenery and swimming pool are very beautiful and airy. The male operator needs to be retrained, the information about the room is not true to reality, causing me to book the wrong room, but luckily it is acceptable.

I stayed here on the 2.9 holiday. Advantages: Enthusiastic staff, open space, clean swimming pool, very good service. Disadvantages: The distance to the center is quite far, there is not much flexibility in picking up guests from the center, one staff member's attitude is not very good but in general the rest are very gentle and enthusiastic. The equipment in the room is not commensurate with the resort (the refrigerator is too small and not cold ~ 15 - 20 liters mini type). Other services are good.

Có xe đưa đón từ thành phố Phan Thiết vì resort cách trung tâm hơi xa. Có welcome drink ngon ngon, phòng rộng rãi, được xông tinh dầu sả rất dễ chịu. Nhà hàng có món ăn đa dạng và ngon. Chỉ với giá cả 2 sao, nhưng trải nghiệm ở mức 4 sao. Tụi mình sẽ quay lại. Tks Sonata 🥰
