Room was clean no view on balcony but is was ok also to much pork in the food no variety for breakfast like turkey sausage but all in all it was good had a great time

This was the worst vacation I’ve ever taken. I am a regular at the RIU’s. However this was my first time at this location. We were not welcomed at arrival. No bell person. The food was terrible..except the jerk chicken by the beach. We were told at check in that the restaurants do not require reservations. They do. The rooms are decent. However only one outlet in the entire room. The phone did not work. Television kept powering off. We changed rooms. The phone did not work, the toilet seat was unattached to the toilet. The staff only spoke English when they were trying to pick you up. One guy (maintenance) was drooling over my breast. I thought I was going to get sexually assaulted. We were in the elevator together. The male staff was completely unprofessional. They would ask me “ are you sharing a room with someone?” “ Do you have a boyfriend?” In a restaurant if you ask a question like “ what kind of white wine do you have? The server simply turns his back on you as if you didn’t ask a thing. You cannot get info from the staff. Not a smile..nothing. The beach is nice. However they don’t have people to assist you with the dirty lounge chairs. Plus there weren’t enough towels so sometimes we had to wait 45 min for a towel for the beach. It was a total disappointment. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

The staff was not friendly to non white patrons. To the degree i spoke with the mgr who was not suprised. Plus we saw roaches in the same bar area on two different occasions which i shared with the mgr. Very different from other RIU Bahamas property we stayed at 90 days ago. Transportation was challwmging as well. Non english speaking staff coordinating transportation for english speaking patrons. Not the trip we expected for the brand

Overall clean and good stuff. However they must maintain the rooms and little things like outlets are broken and somehow install another elevator at the other side of the building. But overall i will come back soon.

Yes loved the pools

Great everything was great ! Rooms had few cracks and leaks but when your rarely in the room i guess it’s ok

The hotel is not the cleanest the towel were satin and the sheets as well. The staff is kind. The entertainment was good but the food is not the best.

I already sent a review and talk to a person in customer service. I need a phone # to talk to someone, I had to downgrade my room because what they promise, was not. Please call me. You shouldn't recomend that hotel. People with marijuana every where, rooms inclusive
