Fab hotel. Comfy room with lots of space.

Spa staff were extremely rud le and they don’t make it easy or comfortable to use the facility. We stayed in the 5* part of the hotel but they can’t even help with luggage and food wasn’t great. Also room was dirty and dated. Other staff friendly and location great for ski lift.

Great property. Was a great place to go bowling, swimming and general relaxation. There was a bus that would go into the main city. Not easily accessible to hikes without a car from this property and the gondola was not running during mid summer.

Much about the place is very good, but a few frustrations for people with mobility difficulties. No complints though. Breakfast was outstanding.

I’ve being coming to Arinsal for over 20 years, it’s by far the best hotel in the area, you may pay a bit more for it, but it’s worth it!

Fantastic stay, the family interconnecting rooms were excellent. Loved the Al La Carte restaurant, so peaceful. Excellent service from everyone, start to finish. was aware that the spa was additional cost which was a bit disappointing, would have liked to have had at least one free visit for the stay. Having said that, the spa is far more than just a pool. Huge jacuzzi, cold water plunge pool, 3 saunas. Absolutely wonderful after a long day skiing. We went with 2 children and all loved it! Yes the places are limited but that it a good thing because it didn’t get overcrowded. We did need to book 2 days in advance to get the time we wanted but there was plenty of other availability. The only very minor bit of feedback that I would give is that the set evening menu for the children was very limited, only the same 3 meal options plus one special each evening, we were there for a week so it was very repetitive. The adult menu was great though! We’ll definitely be back.

A mixed hotel that suits everybody. It’s done in 4 blocks. We were in Diana! The rooms were nice and comfortable, not too hot, on the small side. Inadequate storage for a ski holiday. Half board was a real treat, not your traditional hotel buffet but a la carte and it was lovely. There was a bowling alley downstairs with a bar and snacks so the kids and families tended to congregate down there so it was nice not to have kids running around. I didn’t use the spa because the kids free hours didn’t suit. The cost is 20€ for 1 hr. I did have a massage from Paula and that was very special. Parking underground is 20€ a night. It’s doable but tight. The cable car is 200 metres - some steps involved. Nice ski area if there’s snow and others within a reasonable drive.

i liked that it had a bowling alley and 3 underground level parking on site. many bars and restaurants on site. breakfast was superb. the staff was also very prompt and extremely helpful and polite especially as they have many renovation in progress.

The hotel management and staff were generally very good but the restaurant staff for breakfast were terrible. Food was slow if ordered and the food was cold if off the buffet. Unatentive and bordering on rude all three days of our trip. The facilities of the hotel and the rest of our experience were very good.

Location. Hotel amazing. Spectacular. Had a family themed suite with courtyard would highly recommend.

Espectacular para ir con niños

Personal en general muy amable y flexible, excepto en el spa (pero las instalaciones del spa muy bien). La comida de buena calidad y abundante. Las habitaciones bien, entiendo que las van actualizando.

Un séjour fabuleux avec un personnel prévenant et aux petits soins. Un restaurant merveilleux avec des plats surprenants et délicieux dans un cadre idyllique. Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. Un hôtel calme et luxueux. Des prestations haut de gamme. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Muy bien las comidas a la carta en su restaurante

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en el hotel. Las instalaciones y la oferta de ocio así como el trato siempre atento de todo su personal (tanto de recepción como del restaurante Luis XV) han sido especialmente destacables. Los desayunos y cenas incluidos en la media pensión han sido espectaculares. Sin duda, repetiremos y lo recomendaremos.

La suite étais magnifique avec salle de bain avec le jacuzzi idéale par contre a des moments ils y avait des remonté d odeur d égouts sinon petit déjeuner tres bon voila je conseille cette hotel la suite

Un séjour fabuleux dans un hôtel aux prestations haut de gamme. Nous avons profité du spa, de la salle de sport, de la salle de jeux, du bar, du restaurant. Le personne d’accueil est on ne peut plus serviable et d’une grande gentillesse. David notamment qui nous a conseillé plusieurs sites de randonnées et qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréable. Une délicate attention nous attendait en chambre avec une bouteille frappée et des douceurs. Un petit déjeuner dans une salle somptueuse avec des produits frais et délicieux, des plats chauds fait minute. Notre chambre avait une literie douce et confortable, une salle de bain spacieuse. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés.

Hôtel 5* pour le tarif uniquement , 3* serait plus approprié ,chambre communicante pour nous assez spacieuse et bien équipée à première vue mais tout n’est pas en état de fonctionnement ( baignoire balnéothérapie en panne pression d’eau chaude en filet ( 1h30 pour remplir la baignoire qui au final fut froide …) joints crasseux ou absents traces au fond des baignoires , carrelage coulures de je ne sais quoi sur les murs … accès piscine payant 15€ l’heure et sur réservation qu’on soit client de l’hôtel ou non … buffet très maigre sans saveur à 25€/per et 18€ pour les enfants… espace massage simplet mais tarif haut de gamme . Au bar personne ne vous sert a vous de vous levez … bref nous n’y reviendrons pas .
