This place is a true nightmare, stay away. Upon arrival, I received a text saying that I had been moved across town. They then argued with me that I had been notified of the change weeks ago (not true). I was also advised to pick up my key from "the man in the gray hat in the lobby," and not to tell anyone that I was a hotel guest. I spent two nights in the room. The first day I woke up with seven itchy, fiery red bites on my neck, face, and fingers. When I returned from my conference that evening, within ten minutes I had another three bites. I called the hotel number repeatedly for several hours without answer. When I awoke the next morning I was up to 18 bites, all swollen, red, itchy, and pus-filled. I called again and finally reached someone, only to be told that they would not be moving me and I would not receive a refund. I asked to speak to their manager and was told I would receive a call back. Despite me calling daily for the past month, I have not once been contacted, and the place no longer answers my calls. The blatant dishonesty and lack of customer care is appalling, and my employer will be taking legal action against them. I am writing this review in the hopes that others will not fall for this scam or suffer through the horrific infestation in the room. Stay away from this place!
