This was without a doubt one of the worst experiences ive ever had dealing with a hotel stay. We were arriving late by car and the instructions were very confusing but i managed tro get the keys to the place and once I got to the apartment things quickly went downhill..Heres what didnt work about this so called deal of a place to stay..,. 1. AIR Conditioner was broken...didnt work at all and the place was an oven all night.... 2. Nothing in the fridge...not even katsup...it was like the place was cleaned out...most of the time I would think places would give you a bottle of water or something 3. No customer service..I tried calling for 2-3 hours after arrival ..only thing I got was someone took my number and never called me back.. 4. Remote controls for the tv didnt work...made it very frustrating to try and use the tv or plug in a flash drive with music.. 5. It just was soo hot in there...miserable.. ill never go back

genuinely enjoyed my stay. however, i paid the same amount last year (if not, a lil less + same days) for twice as much space which included a long balcony + a bedroom. the suites were right across from the convention center. nonetheless, i have recommended your suites to my other friends. keep up the great c.s. and cleanliness. Lots of construction in area, causes more traffic and limited parking.

This place is a true nightmare, stay away. Upon arrival, I received a text saying that I had been moved across town. They then argued with me that I had been notified of the change weeks ago (not true). I was also advised to pick up my key from "the man in the gray hat in the lobby," and not to tell anyone that I was a hotel guest. I spent two nights in the room. The first day I woke up with seven itchy, fiery red bites on my neck, face, and fingers. When I returned from my conference that evening, within ten minutes I had another three bites. I called the hotel number repeatedly for several hours without answer. When I awoke the next morning I was up to 18 bites, all swollen, red, itchy, and pus-filled. I called again and finally reached someone, only to be told that they would not be moving me and I would not receive a refund. I asked to speak to their manager and was told I would receive a call back. Despite me calling daily for the past month, I have not once been contacted, and the place no longer answers my calls. The blatant dishonesty and lack of customer care is appalling, and my employer will be taking legal action against them. I am writing this review in the hopes that others will not fall for this scam or suffer through the horrific infestation in the room. Stay away from this place!

This was a terrible experience for us. First, you have to sneak into the room because if you tell them you booked through hotels.com they'll lock you out. We had to go to one building, sneak in to get he keys and then drive to another building to park. Very sketchy. When I booked my room I started getting texts to my phone from some other persons personal iPhone telling how I was to check in and warning me about not talking to the staff. Needles to say this is not the experience that I have come to expect from Hotels.com. Very disappointed.

Had a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. TV Channels were limited but who has the time to watch TV? Kitchen was well equipped so excellent for families' use.Had free wifi. Felt safe and secured. Staff were flexible when we requested for early check-in.

Probably one of our best LA hotel stays so far! The room was very aesthetically pleasing and had everything we needed. Perfect atmosphere for a person who loves an urban, artsy, and luxury sort of feel.. for a person who loves photography like me, I was psyched over the colors and decor and couldn't resist but to take photos and videos before we left. I cannot even find a reason to complain. The cleanliness was immaculate. It isn't hotel-style, so if you are looking for constant room service, this isn't the place. It is more like renting an apartment, and you are expected to take care of any messes (also no loud music after 10pm, which was fine with us, but an FYI). But the man who rented us our room was extremely kind and helpful and responded to any questions we had. No loud noises from traffic or disturbances whatsoever. I hope to stay again and again. 5 stars all around :) Great weekend stay.

This is not a hotel - it is a private apartment complex. Contacting the company was difficult and once I did, they were deliberately difficult to communicate with. I was warned by them not to speak to anyone on the property about renting the room or I would be blocked from entering the premises. I had to stand out front of the building waiting for someone to come over and give me keys. He insisted that if I had read his text message (which was sent at midnight) I would understand the check in process. The text message said "make your way to the front lobby and speak to no one". It did not say he would meet me there or to contact him on arrival. The room itself was spacious, clean with some minimal amenities. For ex., it had a coffee pot but no coffee cups. If you don't mind staying in an apartment where sub leasing or weekend renting is NOT allowed then this place is in a great location for Staples Center. I was very uncomfortable with the situation and left a day early. Travelocity site says contact company re: reservations, the company says must contact Travelocity. It is a nightmare circle I have yet to break.

Was cool space and great if you have more than 2 people and want a separate room and sleeping area. Little more difficult to get checked but worth it

Bait and switch! Received a text the night before telling me this was an unapproved Air B&B arrangement and that I had to avoid interacting with other residents or the front desk or else we'd blow their cover and be banned from the building and lose our payment. I would not have booked if I'd known this was violating a city ordinance or doing anything inappropriate. I used this website because it's called "Hotels.com," not "Unofficial Air B&B." Parking was added on after-the-fact without any warning or indication that it's $30/car/night. I had to fork over my credit card to a guy in sweat pants with an iPhone and no other identifying information -- the entire interaction was unprofessional and sneaky. Additional parking fees should have been addressed in the website write-up, rather than sprung on guests (kid even claimed to call a supervisor to explain that these added fees were not disclosed to no avail). Room was bland; bed, linens, and towels thin and worn; and the pillows were absolutely terrible. We cleaned our own room per instructions but didn't address already-dusty floors/tables/counters. A/C was not operational (control panel was blank) and it was unpleasantly hot throughout the night despite opening a window (no breeze). We couldn't sleep between the heat and uncomfortable pillows. Only merit was proximity to Staples/Microsoft Theater. We will not return.

First off - this isn't a hotel, its an extended stay and each room/suite is owned by individual investors. The facility is fantastic and conveniently located (for me at least). The room however was not great, it has modern look and nice feel but the there is poor to no lighting in the living room, the blinds are crummy and allow way too much light in from outside which interferes with sleep. The pillows are cheap/lousy and the bed is so soft I was getting back aches from it. The shower curtain basically hangs so deep into the bath that it is in your way when showering. They won't clean the room until you leave unless you pay extra and yet there aren't any cleaning supplies. I did enjoy the :)

The apartment is nice for people who like the loft style. It is clean however the shower had a very ugly smell. It is worth mentioning that this is not a hotel and I had an inconvenience on arrival as the person in the lobby did not help me and was a little rude, I had to call the hotels.com page and wait over an hour for a solution . I also recommend that they put better pillows for a better rest.

As we got to the building we saw a a beautiful building, very modern and close to the venue we were going to enjoy an event. But it was too good to be true.first of all they wanted to charge for early check in, so of course I said no to that even though it was just an 1hour and a half early. Second as soon as we walked in we saw the bed in bad shape, broken on the rear part, so bed was tilted to one side(bed never got fixed). Floors were dusty and dirty. Bathroom, towel rod was broken too. We fixed that. Started watching TV after a half hour cable or dish service froze and couldn't change channels, and then no channel could be seen at all. this loft has a lot of potential only if they took care of it. This particular loft I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
