Hair in the shower, old urine stains around the toilet, ac unit hairy and dusty, after a 4 hour drive to the location i was told my nephew wasn't allowed in my room to use the bathroom, when my wife stated it was ridiculous we were then told that we could be thrown out for having an attitude. We will not be staying here again.

The room did not feel clean, specially the sheets and towels

We needed staff assistance with our door lock and television remote control. Their response was immediate and they were most helpful and pleasant to deal with. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Haven Inn. Obviously our first experience was pleasant enough for us to book again.

Manager came bagging on our door at 4am because my partners brother stopped by on his way to work because they haven’t seen each other in a long time and brought us coffee. We were told no guests were allowed and when I explained to him he was just dropping off coffee and saying hi he waited outside of the room for him to leave. Super awkward and invasive.

Basic motel style in older style...comfortable bed, good shower...bargain price

It's much better than you can expect for the price, and looks better on the inside than you'd expect from the outside. Not bad at all.

A bit dated , Bed was comfortable and clean. Could have more tv channels.

Clean room and bed and convenient parking right in front of the unit. One needs to buzz an intercom to just gain access to the front desk even in the middle of the day or when checking out in the morning. The bathroom is cramped. The shower drain did not work properly, so water backed up over my feet even after a relatively short shower. No extras such as a box of Kleenex or a plate for the microwave provided. My stay was at the end of March when outside temperature was hovering around zero. The linoleum floor (no carpet) was very cold. As others have noted, this is "bare bones" accommodation.

Quiet, definitely budget rooms but clean, hot shower, easy parking and will return

Room was ice cold upon arrival, heater in bathroom inoperable. No extra blankets available. Room had a bad odour.

Good value for the rate. Room was clean. Host was nice and hospitable. Fridge, microwave and TV worked, so all good.

Never Recommended. Such unprofessional management & services. Manager Khan doesn't earn hospitality experience or hasn't any knowledge about hospitality.
