Great place to stay!!

Its awesome, we had a sleep over at the BASS PRO SHOP. Loved it.

Jacuzzi was very relaxing, and service was excellent

There was not a single staff member that was not extremely friendly! The accommodations were excellent! I would have loved mover lighting in stall area, room/sheets smelled a little weird but could have been me. A microwave would have been convenient, but overall we would definitely return!

Room was absolutely amazing and felt very cozy. Definitely recommending to everyone to stay here for a weekend getaway! Bingo night was a hit!

Enjoyed walking around and looking at all the types of fish they had. Really enjoyed riding the Sky High elevator and the observation deck views.

The property was nice, but I will say the beds were super uncomfortable. For what it cost to stay at this property i would expect a comfortable bed. Also throughout the night we kept feeling super hot even though the ac was set at the lowest we could set it - 68 degrees. With our VIP Platinum status it says if upgrade is available we can get it. I asked them about it, main thing I wanted was a 1 bed room (we booked last minute and only 2 bed was available in my price range). She said they were completely booked, even though when i looked I could see a regular 1 bed room available. Maybe the king bed would have been more comfortable.

Excellent place.. Gorgeous at night if you have an interior room on the 3rd level that looks over the store.

We really liked the rustic decorations. The room was very clean. It's just a cool place to stay.

Bathrooms could have been much cleaner. They did provide ample towels and washcloths. Wish activities were open later.

Unfortunately our 3-night stay at Big Cypress Lodge was so much less than we anticipated. The lodge itself is decorated very nicely. Security is in place with access to room areas is available only with room key which is needed to run elevators. We also noted security personnel present in halls. Now for our disappointment with our stay. Our first night as we were settling in, my husband pulled back the sheet and comforter, got into bed and immediately reached down “what is this” and pulled out a pair of women’s underwear from under the covers at the bottom of the “freshly made” bed! I’m sorry, but this was disgusting to us and very surprising considering expectations for this resort. I immediately contacted the “Virtual Concierge” to no avail. I then called the front desk, explained the situation and was told they would send housekeeping up right away, which they did. However, housekeeping did change the bedding, but only on that ONE bed! Come on, if one bed wasn’t properly stripped between guests, most likely the other wasn’t either! This alone indicated to us the less than ideal level of cleanliness and service of this resort. The following day the television went out, we called the front desk and were told that maintenance would be right up, followed by a return call to say that they were aware of the problem and that stations would be returning, one at a time over the next few hours.Not a problem as we we’re heading out for the day. This was never fixed. *cont’d.
