We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is absolutely magical, beautiful, and offers so many activities that you can easily spend your entire vacation without leaving the resort. There is a great variety of swimming pools to suit different interests and preferences, as well as special activities designed for children, making it perfect for families. The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. The staff were friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, this hotel provides an exceptional holiday experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

My husband and I have just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. It was beautiful and clean. The room was lovely and modern and spacious, the food was plentiful with a wide selection on offer, there was definitely something for everyone. The staff in the restaurants and throughout the complex were the nicest and kindest of people. The pools and facilities were great and there were lots of activities and clubs offered. The entertainment team were fantastic; they make about of remembering names which I thought was a lovely touch considering the number of visitors they must meet. Thank you to Damian, Livia, Uoshington, Swazi, Jazz, Tazz and Lorenzo who made our holiday so enjoyable. We shall definitely return with the grandchildren.

We stayed at TUI Magic Life Africana for 1 week and had an amazing holiday from start to finish. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and really made our stay special. A huge shout out to Bassem, Monta and Omar at the watersports centre. They gave our daughter so much confidence on the catamaran and banana boat, made her feel completely at ease and made sure she had so much fun every time we went down there. We all had so much fun at the watersports and for my first time on the banana boat it was even more fun than I expected it to be — thank you guys! My partner also tried water skiing for the first time. Although he didn’t quite manage to do it, Bassem was so patient, helpful and understanding throughout. Even though he wasn’t able to get up, he still came back from the water smiling because he genuinely enjoyed the experience and already wants to try again when we return in July. Great people, very friendly and welcoming and they really made the experience enjoyable for all of us. Also a big thank you to Freya from the entertainment team. Our daughter doesn’t usually have much confidence dancing in front of people, but Freya encouraged her so kindly and got her up dancing every night — she absolutely loved it! The entertainment throughout the holiday was brilliant and there was always something fun going on for everyone. My partner has coeliac disease, which always makes us very cautious when travelling, but we honestly could not fault the hotel. He was catered for at every single meal and did not get glutened once during the whole holiday. The staff were so supportive, understanding and careful with his food, which made such a difference to us and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the holiday. 5* from all of us — we would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back in July!

Amazing location, just 20min walking distance from Yasmine Hammamet. The hotel beautifully kept, the rooms spotless with cleaning service on a daily basis, the food and sweets fresh and delicious 😋 and all inclusive.... the staff very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. We couldn't use the swimming pools due to cold weather but there were all well kept . The sea was amazing we had the chance to spend time there and enjoyed the view. This was my second time booking a holiday and choosing to stay in TUI Magic Africana, first time in June 2018 and this time January 2026. So I may say that its a fantastic choice for any time of the year.

Returned home today what an amazing holiday. Rooms were ok maybe need a bit of an upgrade but were pleasant and had everything u needed the plug by bed and kettle was broke in our room along with the fridge door The staff couldn’t do enough for us breakfast with kamel was a high light we looked forward to he is a fantastic waiter. Lunch and evening staff were great the wonder bar team were amazing with my ice coffees. Food was ok could eat everyday even if it was just some pizza or pasta. Evening entertainment was amazing the beach security staff were fantastic moving people along. Everyone who worked there was so helpful polite and friendly was made to fill welcomed and accepted by all the staff. Overall an amazing holiday and will definitely be returning the staff and food and drink team were amazing. Couldn’t do enough for us.
