Perfect vacation. What a quality in food and drinks! Great Pools and location. We enjoyed ourselves so much!

The hotel is good if you are German. Would be nice that when you go in to book it in the hotel website or any other website that explain that is for German tourists as everything is written in german including the main staff is German or Austrians. We were looking for a Spanish speaking staff and cuisine more Spanish as well.

We arrived to the warmest of welcomes from Bill, a expat front of house meeter greeter whose knowledge affection for this hotel-and the island he has chosen as his home is infectious , we also had our first encounter with the bubbly receptionist Alina who we made a point of visiting on a daily basis simply for the joy of it As mentioned in other reviews yes the rooms are a little tired -and literally scuffed round the edges but the amazing housekeeping team ensure they are spotless (along with the rest of the hotel) The hotel grounds are stunning , and with the Robinson app the many events during the day are easy check on and to book (most are included -spa treatments and some craft events are at a charge) There a good gym , 3 pools 2 bars The buffet meal options are fab with a wide range of options available ....there are 6 dining rooms , one restricted to over 16's, and one a open terrace -which is bookable on the app (although we at on it twice without having to) and yes in the main rooms most of the tables are sharing which is a lovely way to get to know other guests and teamsters (the hotel is their home and they eat with the guests) The evening events are fun , live bands , theatre shows , and a disco ...many themed with dress code suggestions listed on the app well in advance which the majority of people join in with from a Hawaii night to 90's neon !! and there’s a fun daily afternoon quiz Now to the thing most commented on ...yes it's a german company

Pros: In general great staff (especially housekeeping and restaurant) Great food and drinks Very good kids club Water sports facilities top notch Great theatre and shows Cons: Pedicure wasn't worth the money Staff at spa area and service center was sometimes a bit stroppy and not very helpful (especially when we asked about swimming lessons)

Well maintained All inclusive resort with excellent food and sport facilities offer. Good quality entertainment if you know German language.

First time ever I went to an all-inclusive and I was very pleased. Mostly German speaking guests but staff speak fluent English and Spanish.

We has stayed at Robinsons in Soma Bay Egypt and enjoyed everything about it, and so were expecting a similar standard - not so!! The very dated room was down a little dark pathway , next to the cleaners' room so trolleys moving in an out all day. The path was used as a shortcut by a lot of other guests , so there was a lot of noise all through the day and evening and even during the night. The ceilings and floors seemed to have no sound proofing so every single sound could be heard. Our shower room had no cubicle, just a cheap curtain around the showerhead - not long enough ,and the floor did not soakaway properly, so every time we had a shower , we skidded on the wet floor, so I had to get down and wipe the floor dry with my towel every time! there was no chair or stool so everything ended up on the wet floor At the end of the second day, we had had enough and went to ask for a room change; the duty manager firstly said she had no other rooms available, then we were offered one at the far end of the site , but this was hardly any better. It was much smaller and cramped (though the manager refuted this!) we could hear every noise from the room next door , in the short time we were there, though at least it had a proper shower cubicle - we refused this room , and the manager then said she would "do her best for us" - we heard nothing more.Food was so disappointing too- a lot of fried oily food and often cold , with cold plates. We enjoyed meeting the mainly german guests

Zimmer mit Meerblick sind nur mit Wunschzimmerbuchung (kostenpflichtig) zu haben. Das erste zugewiesene Zimmer war sehr ramponiert und roch stark nach Chlor.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Wetter, Essen, Gartenanlage, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter (insbesondere an der Hauptbar) - alles wunderbar. Da nimmt man auch mal in Kauf, wenn das Zimmer etwas abgerockt ist. Der spektakuläre Blick vom Balkon auf den Arlantik degradiert jede schief hängende Kachel zur Nebensächlichkeit. Fazit:

Auch wenn die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß sind, ist der Club nach wie vor eine gute Adresse!

Keine Handtücher beim Sport, kein Wasser

Zimmer schlechtes Niveau, Essen Location eher wie Kantine, ebenso die Mahlzeiten.

Der schlimmste Urlaub den ich seit langem hatte. Der Club muss dringend renoviert werden.

Das Personal an der Rezeption, besonders bei der Abreise (eine Fiona und ihre Chefin) gehörten rausgeschmissen! So etwas unprofessionell und unfreundliches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wenn man überlegt wieviel Geld man bezahlt, dann erwartet man als so ein Verhalten. Würden wir nicht andere Robinson Clubs kennen, würden nie wieder in einen fahren.

Im Wellnessbereich sollten auch Profis die Massage durchführen und keine Hilfskräfte für soviel Geld! Das Zimmer hatte einen super Blick auf das Meer, leider waren die Wände mit todgeschlagenen Stechmücken übersäht. Das könnte man bei Neubelegung entfernen. Die Toilettenbürste hatte definitiv etliche Jahre hinter sich….ekelhaft! Beim Personal an der Rezeption sind alle ganz freundlich, aber bis auf 1 Person haben die anderen keine Ahnung von ihrer Tätigkeit! Eine Mutter die spät abends mit 2 kleinen Kindern im dunklen anreist alleine ihre Unterkunft suchen zu lassen ist sehr traurig (hab es zufällig mitbekommen) Positiv: super Essen, schöne gepflegte Anlage. Die Show am Abend ….na ja , bisschen viel Lärm um nichts. Dieser Robinson Club ist nur in wenigen Punkten empfehlenswert, schade

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber wird durch das Team mehr als ausgeglichen. Der Kinderclub ist ein einziger Traum. Sportanimation macht ihren Job, aber auch nicht mehr. Es wäre schön, wenn es einen Läufer im Club gäbe. Gläser und Müll findet man für meinen Geschmack an zu vielen Ecken. Für den gezahlten Preis und was man bekommt. Eine klare Empfehlung.
