We had an amazing time at the Pabisa Sofia. The staff were amazing and very nice. I would however have wished that I had known that the hotel were more for young people than families and that the area was a party area. But I could have done more research. All in all we had a good time at the hotel and wouldn't mind coming back another time.

Rooms so small and elevator is a big problem ,I have been waiting 15 minutes with all luggage and finally I go with stairs but breakfast was good p

Rooms are clean and renovated and a great location. Unfortunately the aircon is not working really well if it’s hot outside it’s not getting really cold in the room and this was in different rooms the same. A lot of extra costs like late check out or towel when you like to stay before your flight at the pool… Roomservice was fantastic! Breakfast had more choices last year but overall okay just the juices are not really delicious. In general I would say for the high price we could expect a bit more…

My stay was the near the end of March and the places the hotel was safe and just ten mins walk to the beach. A lot of restaurants, cafe and beach options near the beach and busy. I wouldn't say it's quiter as the music from nearby hotels was loud at night. I guess sit will only further busier and louder in peak season. The hotel said adult only but saw kids at breakfast during Easter weekend. The breakfast spread is quite good. Never tried lunch or dinner at the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay - the staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly too.

Worse than terrible the only way I can describe this hotel, worse experience I ever had the staff thinks they can speak to you however they want. These people should not have any business running a hotel.

The food was excellent but the rooms need upgrades. Towels were old.

Hotel was good start at first so when I got to the room you could barely even walk in. I know I’m only a solo traveller but it is nice to be able to get changed in your room. I got woken up twice by cleaning staff at 8:30 then 9 am which is not a big deal but they just walk in and not understand people do sleep. Gym equipment is very old so if you’re looking for a gym stay somewhere else as you can tell there was 0 investment in it for at least 10 years. The lifts were beyond awful, very gritty on the outside and I pressed the buzzer 3 times and was standing on my floor for 15 minutes when trying to leave on my third night out. I wouldn’t mind but I was on floor 7 so it was very difficult. Overall not the best experience due to the cleaning staff and the gym which ruined it for me. The pool is nice and the surrounding area.

The stay was great and the property was beautiful. However, we had an incident where a member of our party was stabbed in the leg by a loose spring in the bed. We brought this up to the staff member on duty (Michael) who brushed it off, did nothing to help, and told us to simply go back to our room and flip the mattress over. This lack of professionalism and hospitality was extremely disappointing and upsetting.

Decent budget hotel. Nice rooms,pool area is pleasant and staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drink is good value. The beach is only a short walk and there are good restaurants and bars too. The area is primarily geared for German visitors, however you'll get by in English fine and there are a couple of beer halls if you fancy some 'Oktoberfest' style entertainment while you're there..
