Nice Riad, a little out of the way. Quiet area. The proprietors are very nice. Made sure we got to the airport even though there was a problem with the transport. The in-house dinner was ok but you're better off going to the restaurant on Riad Larrouse Square a few blocks away.

No frills Easy to find Located in the Medina Close to shopping stalls Staff is helpful and speaks ok English Tips - wear comfortable walking shoes not flip flops or Moroccan slippers and be prepared to haggle for everything! Especially watch out for anyone that acts like they are trying to be helpful. They will ask you for money afterwards and usually without really helping you. This is common in all of the cities in Morocco.

Despite the property undergoing some renovations, i enjoyed my 3 night stay. It is located right in amongst the narrow streets and alley ways of the old centre. Easy walk down through the bazaars to the msin square. Be prepared for a walk through a maze abd its helpful to havd google maps! Staff were very friendly, breakfast fabulous and juddt an authentic experience.

The staff make this Riad, they can’t do enough for you. They made reservations for us, booked taxis, picked us up from the airport, walked us part way to our destination on one occasion as we were worried we’d get lost etc. The rooms were cleaned daily and had everything you need including a proper hairdryer. Convenient location. Breakfast was great too.

Hi all, My partner and I stayed here at the lovely Riad Haraka for 10 nights as a central base as we were hiking up Mount Toubkal. We were picked up at the airport promptly which was great because after reading other reviews about the location, we were slightly worried about getting lost. When the door opened, we were welcomed by a great guy who checked us in, took our bags to our room and served us tea on the terrace whilst chatting to us which was nice. There was a slight issue on the first night. Our room we booked was double booked so we had to stay in another room. This wasn’t a major issue, the temporary room was nice for the 1 night and we moved rooms at 10am the next morning. The Riad This Riad is gorgeous. Love the décor and it’s so peaceful. They have a pet turtle and we fed him a few times on the terrace  Other guests were friendly. Staff were great. They took us in to Jema El Fena to show us the way which was nice. Breakfast was huge and tasty and served whenever you came down. Rooms and Riad extremely clean, always came back to a lovely made room with fresh towels etc. We had Tagine with them one lunch and it was very tasty and reasonably priced at 150dh pp. Sweet tea is a must, I loved it. The room We booked the Junior Suite. Great room!! Bed was fantastic, lovely décor and en-suite with a good shower etc. nothing I can say other than we loved it. The location It’s very true – you can get lost walking the streets. One thing I did was select a central

We arrived late to the city and they had a driver waiting for us in the train station, who took us to the hotel. once we arrived they gave us tea and explained us how to move in the city. The room was very nice decorated and clean. the breakfast was not buffet but it was very nice as well. the whole experience was great.

The hotel (Riad) was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Management were especially kind and accommodating. Breakfast was really nice. Touts- Do not ask for directions from any young men on the street. If you do, they assume you want a guide and will follow you for as long as you allow and then demand money from you. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the souk and finding your way back is difficult at first. The only hassle free way to ask for directions is to ask a shopkeeper (as they are anchored to their shop) and will give directions freely and without obligation.

This hotel can provide services that can bring you from airport to hotel, and the staffs are patient and friendly, the room is clean and tidy. Strongly Suggest! The only disadvantage is not easy to find the location.

I traveled to Marrakech with a friend. The riad is located in the centre and we arrived really late so we felt a little unsafe on our way to the hotel but Cathy and the guys who worked there made us feel very welcome and safe. Best customer service I have received was in this riad! I would 100% recommend it, we really enjoyed our stay.

my husband and I stayed at the Riad during our stay in Morocco for our honeymoon. Upon arrival, we were both surprised at how narrow the roads were to get to our hotel and amazed at how cars were passing through it. The hotel was not exactly at the location on google maps, but was not far. You cannot reach the Riad by car but need to walk less than 5 minutes from a parking lot. Even though we arrived late at night, we were greeted by Said, Riad host, and amazing moroccan tea. He was very welcoming and showed us our room which we were so glad had AC because it is hot in Morocco! We both loved our experience in Morocco and at the Riad, the staff were always so nice and very helpful if we needed to go out to get water or food, they would accompany us since it is very easy to get lost in the square. The RIad is beautifully decorated and immerses you in the culture, we both wanted a more authentic experience than staying at a hotel and you get exactly that at the Riad. Having only 6 rooms, you can get to know the other guests and interact with the staff on a more personal level. They make you feel like old friends and like this is your home away from home as well. We would highly recommend the Riad to anyone planning a trip to Marrakech. The people were so welcoming and made sure our stay was amazing.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! Marrakech can be a little overwhelming, but the Riad really was a nice respite. The staff really made me feel at home and it was so nice. I could not have stayed at a better place.

I absolutely loved my stay at Riad Haraka and I completely understand why it's a fan favorite. Said and company were among the best hosts I've ever encountered. The vibe is so chill, the place is gorgeous and the terrace is sublime. Whenever I'm in Marrakesh and its available, I'll stay here.

This was the most notorious neighborhoods I have ever stayed in my life in any country. Riad's are just homes converted to a hotel. The owner was a grumpy fellow and not friendly at all. Only cash and no credit card. The only saving grace was the morning breakfast. Not a friendly place to be in. The neighborhood sucks.
