Me and my family we had a great stay at this hotel, overall, staff was helpful and friendly, everything was clean, with no luxury, but for the price and location it was really good. The hotel is well located really close to Topkapi, many restaurants and shops. There is even a traditional Turkish clothing photoshoot shop almost in front. The only issue we had is that the AC was not working at all so it was really hot to sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't be moved to another room. PS: It was pretty hard to find the hotel, we went up and down that tramway street, asked many people, until we found it an hour later as the hotel changed name, so make sure that you follow the address of the hotel, not its name.

it is not a super hotel, but we used it for night sleep only, location is great , Topkapi and other masjids are a walking distance, lots of shopping restaurants near by .

Even if i booked in advanced, there was no room available, when i arrived. Go and find a room at 2am on a saturday night in the middle of Istanbul. Completely deceived.

1) The owner Aydin is the most un-trustworthy person who plays games with the guest. 2) He cancelled my reservation a day before I arrived in hotel, by lying that he cannot get authorization from bank of America for my credit card payment. 3) In spite of my bank assuring the payment on my arrival, he told me that he will keep the room for me only if I give him payment in US dollars in cash. 4) Although I paid him cash payment on my arrival at hotel, I did not get room and I was sent to another hotel for one night. 5) Hotel does not have enough bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, blankets, bed sheets, other linen, soaps, shampoo. ONE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT ONE WON'T GET TOMORROW. This is not how one should run only a 10 room hotel. 6) The owner gets business from hotel web sites like Expedia but at the last minute, he screws Expedia and the customers because he does not want to pay credit card fee, commission to Expedia and other charges he must pay to different agencies.

Super Hotel in Zentrum von Istanbul.In der nähe war Ayasofia und Sultanahmet Mosche.Das grosse Grand Bazar war super mann kriegt alles.

كانت الاقامة جداً سيئة عند وصولي الى الفندق تم اخباري بعدم توفر غرف شاغرة وتم ارسالي الى فندق اخر سيئ جداً وهذا ازعجني جداً واخيراً لن احجز عن طريق موقعكم مرة اخرى لعدم مصداقية الحجز لديكم

Vieze kleine kamer zonder telefoon. Toiletpapier en handdoeken moet je zelf om vragen en vervolgens krijg je vieze handdoeken. Arrogante manager die je vertelt dat je kan vertrekken als je niet tevreden bent.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de las mezquitas Azul y Santa Sofía y muy seguro con locales abiertos hasta la 1 am. Cuando llegué me querían cobrar otro precio que el que figuraba en mi reserva y el cuarto no estaba listo. El desayuno escaso en calidad y cantidad. Las flores que figuran en la imagen de la terraza no existían y cuando lleve no hay lugar para el desayuno, el cuarto lo hacen a veces y no entregan la suficiente cantidad de toallas, es más parecido a un hostal que a un hotel.

كانت سيئة جداً جداً ولا انصح بهذا الفندق اطلاقاً 1 - انقطاع المياه عن الفندق لاكثر من 6 ساعات متواصله دون تقديم اي اعتذار اضطررت للخروج خارج الفندق لأستعمال دورات المياه 2 - الشباك لا يغلق وتخيل صوت ازعاج الترام 3 - فطور اجبان فقط سكنت في العام الماضي كان مميز لكن بعد الأدارة الجديده اصبح سيى والفنادق كثيره حوله

Бронь сделала за месяц и деньги с карты списали сразу же в момент бронирования. При поселении не нашли мою бронировку и не хотели принимать оплату по карте. Поселили в отель напротив и на следующий день нас все таки разместили в номере. Это была моя не первая поездка в Стамбул и всегда все проходило на ура, но не в этот раз!!! Я выбираю район Султанахмед,т.к. это идеальное место для вечерних прогулок и в шаговой доступности к основным достопримечательностям. Отель находится на центральной улице, ведущей к набережной Босфора. Напряжении трех ночей велись строительные работы до 2 часов ночи и только наши крики их останавливали. Администратор в отеле делал вид, что нас не понимает. Завтраки самые обычные, ничего особенного. В номере есть ряд технических неполадок, которые особо не раздражают, но должны устраняться по умолчанию. На нашу подругу упало окно, когда она пыталась закрыть штору, было и смешно и грустно. Как путешественник со стажем скажу: лучше найти другое место для размещения, если Вы ищите тишины и сервис. Тут его нет!

rezervasyon tarihinde otele ulaştım ve tadilatta olduğunu gördüm. otel ücreti hotels.com üzerinden peşin alınmıştı. işletmeci beni karşıda bir otele yerleştirdi. yerleştirildiğim otel daha önce hiçbir fikrim olmadığı ve temizlik açısından rezaletti.

Room was booked weeks ago. However, all rooms were busy, so I was routed to another adjacent hotel. This is in my opionion a no-go. No discount. Only regrets.
