Stayed overnight to visit my child studying at Unsika. Centrally located, very friendly staff, delicious food (in the dining room) for a reasonable price, clean and fragrant, and excellent room service. Thanks, Mercure Karawang. I'll be back!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities were good, and it was close to the Galuhmas Mall dining area. The air conditioning in the room needed improvement, especially as it smelled of cigarette smoke. For some reason, it smelled of cigarette smoke in the middle of the night. Slippers were also unavailable on the second day. Fortunately, after reporting the problem, housekeeping staff responded quickly. I stayed for 3 nights.

I got a room with a floor that was almost coming apart, making it dangerous for children. The towels were due for replacement because the color was a bit faded, and they smelled a bit. There seemed to be a slight leak from above the room because there were water droplets on the ceiling (we stayed in room 1118).
So far, the service has been quite friendly, and the menu at the restaurant is quite varied and delicious.

I checked in late, but the room still had food scraps, hair, and cigarette ash in the toilet. The mattress was in poor condition. Then I moved to another room, and the shower gel was empty and hadn't been refilled. There was chocolate or dirt on the walls and windows, and the toilet was dirty. Disappointed. Never had this terrible experience from Mercure.

The location is close to the mall, just cross the street, at night you can still hear the sound of motorbikes. The bathroom is a bit slippery and the shower water is a bit small. The drinking water in the room is taken from the dispenser in the corridor but it runs out. Everything else is okay. baguuuuusss.

The bedroom door is not good, it is difficult to close. The bathroom leaks right above the closet, is it from the toilet closet water above it (hi hihi dirty). Suggestion: to maintain the image of the Mecure Karawang hotel, this room should not be sold first, before it is repaired. But I am not discouraged to stay here again.
