The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities were good, and it was close to the Galuhmas Mall dining area. The air conditioning in the room needed improvement, especially as it smelled of cigarette smoke. For some reason, it smelled of cigarette smoke in the middle of the night. Slippers were also unavailable on the second day. Fortunately, after reporting the problem, housekeeping staff responded quickly. I stayed for 3 nights.
