The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. However, there was no coffee available in the room.

The bathroom (wc) is not flush properly. I need to wait 10 till 15 minutes to flush because the water tank is so disaster to refill. I will not recommend the room.

Enough room space, excellent location if you have to attend an event at WTC. The only problem is the cleaning room service often forgets to empty the trash bin and refill the drinking water.

The rooms are clean, breakfast needs to be added to variations (too few choices).

Everything was as expected. Hotel staff was very professional. Hotel was also clean. Rooms are very small though but manageable.

Money value. Location is close to Metro station which is access across Dubai.

I spent a very pleasant night in this hotel with the hospitality of the staff, the clean, neat, spacious room for affordable price in the heart of Dubai. The location near World Trade Centre MRT station and for finding food shops and cafe is just across MRT station. There is no better place than this, i will gladly come back for sure

Nothing to complain about. Will stay again. I didn't consume any meals so can't review that part.
