Clean, nice and exceptional services

All good, it is always a pleasure to stay in this hotel

This is a decent hotel, for Mexico. With that said, I am disabled and travel with a guide dog. My dog was made to use a small sidewalk to relieve themself. I was also told that i had to take a different elevator for the workers because the "special guests dont want to see me and my dog". This was very embarrassing as someone with disabilities. Especially from a hotel that markets themselves as "pet friendly". Im in Mty. weekly on business from HOU. Wont stay again.

Once we found the darn place, we are very impressed. The visibility signage, and ease of finding the front desk was incredibly frustrating.

This is a lovely hotel, very close to the centre. Staff are helpful and welcoming and the rooms very clean and very comfortable with lots of space. Two double beds not needed but as a UK guest maybe that’s a Mexican thing. The bathroom was clean and I liked all the facilities. Great view over the enormous mountain which disappears with the daylight conditions.

El hotel está ok para una estadía de negocios. No está ubicado en la mejor zona pero es fácil conseguir transporte. El personas es muy amable y las instalaciones son suficientes. El desayuno no está incluido.

I had stay at this hotels many times . And this time I had a very bad experience . People we reviewing every detailed of what I was doing and I did not appreciate that . Since I am US citizen and DO NOT have family on MEXICO I have friends that help me around moving the city and this type of actions are not acceptable as customers. Also I for got some items and I try to called the hotel they never responded it .

Bed and pillows were very hard and not comfortable.

Nice hotel room with great view We would have liked a microwave. Tiny pool looked dirty. But the staff was friendly and helpful

The location is great, close to everything. But customer service needs improvement. For example, when existing the main elevators rather than the staff just stare at you they can great from the main desk. The staff could be more welcoming, let us know about wifi, restaurant etc

The hotel entrance is a building car park. The check-in staff were helpful but the non existence of staff at the bar and restaurant. When asking for do not disturb after a 24 hour flight, that was when the staff arrived to call, check for room service over and over. Check out is booked for 12pm but the 9am wake up to be told to check out begs to differ

El hotel siempre excelente. El staff no se diga, personas educadas y serviciales. Nunca me cansaré de quedarme en este hotel.

If you want to be near El Centro, this is a perfect location. Easy to walk around. The hotel is part of a bigger building that has quick food options, which is very convenient as well. Great views from the room.

I always enjoy staying there!

Great service and great upgrade

Nos encantó el hotel, muy conveniente ya que está conectado con una plaza comercial y caminando hay muchas opciones para comer y hacer compras lo único que no me gustó es que la recepción no está accesible y letrero que digan que la recepción está en el tercer piso y el estacionamiento está muy complicado ya que es subterráneo y tienes que pasar varios filtros antes de llegar a el aérea que le corresponde al hotel, sería fantástico que tuvieran valet parking
