0 sociable, i can't find a solution with the staff

OK staff...shabby...dirty carpets...soap dispenser didn't work...tiniest of rooms

We didn't stay. On arrival, we found the room was absolutely minuscule - like a Formule 1. From the website photos, we didn't expect this. Also, the room had an unclean smell and two minutes after entering, a strange man came to the door and said we were in HIS room! This made us uneasy about security so we went back to Reception without unpacking. The Receptionist tried to help and offered another room, but we dicided to leave and stay somewhere else, even forfeiting the payment. Perhaps I made a mistake in choosing this hotel. In my opinion, it is more suitable for business travellers on a very low budget, but not for holidays. It is situated in a commercial / light iindustrial area, not a residential suburb.

The room was very small but efficient, and the free breakfast was a plus. It would have been nice to have a fan, as the room was warm. It also would be nice if the building had an elevator. Everything was clean and worked. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to give us directions and explain in English. More than we expected from a budget property.

2nd stay in a First Class hotel. This one not as good as the previous one. The internet did not work on my cell and the answer I received from the staff was: "I don't know how to fix it, the internet doesn't work on all device" - which was just a "fake" reason not to have to deal with the issue (typically top of the line French quality of service...). Aside for this issue, the hotel was as expected, small but cost efficient room.

Grand for the price, nothing special but handy for a cheap sleep

Hotel correct. Easy check-in and convenient for a short visit to Anjou.

Room a little small but we would stay again could nt get better value

Small motel-type box tucked at back of industrial estate. Unattractive, with tiny box rooms and basic services. The only good point was that if you broke out through a hole in the surrounding wire fence to get to the restaurant of the nearby hotel, you would find a really decent good French meal at an exceptionally reasonable price. And if the food is better here, surely the rooms cannot be any worse than those in the 'Premiere' (an abuse of the meaning of that word in any languag).

This is possibly one of the worst Premier Classes that I have stayed in! We checked in late and night, which was fine, however the toilet seat was broken in the room, there was no username and password provided for the internet. It seems to be different to any other Premier Class that I have stayed in. In addition to this when we arrived from breakfast there was very little selection left due to a coach party having been there. In addition to this the toilet roll holder was dusty and not very clean. In all a very poor experience. The area was fine and the lady working on the reception was very nice as well and chatty. Those were the only positives we could find. I would not stay here again!

Parking bien, chambre et lits tres bien , petit dejeuner bien, par contre douche vestuste et avec moisissure sinon salle de bain propre. Le personnel est serviable, disponible et souriant .

On m’a installé dans une chambre pmr sans salle de bain privative alors c’est ce que j’avais commandé et impossible de changer sans supplément. De plus, accueil froid oubliant de me dire que j’avais le petit déjeuner compris. Une fois ds la chambre, murs sales, odeurs de toilettes car pas de séparation avec les wc. Sol taché, lunette wc jaunâtre dessous, petites taches sur les draps, auréole sur la taie d’oreiller et le son métallique de la télé et j’en passe. Bref à bannir.

Impossible de récupérer la réservation il a fallu repayer une chambre

Chambre petite mais très propre Douche wc et lavabo dans un tout petit espace séparé Juste un bémol sur l’odeur de renfermé de la chambre

Hôtel très mal isolé donc très bruyant ! Il ne faut pas s’attendre à du luxe pour un hôtel Première classe… Mais quand même. Salle de bain trop petite, on se lave les dents sur les toilettes tout en ayant les pieds mouillés par l’eau de la douche.

Tres joviale, personnel vraiment gentil .
