The rooms are decent size, but the hotel looks old and has a stale smell. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty and smelled awful. ( only one large and one small towel was given) Asked for clean ones and received the same- full of stains and with a bad odour. The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned ( had to wipe the seat before using it)

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean. The biggest problem is the blinking lights on the smoke detector in the rooms. It's hard to get to sleep with those lights.

This is a great hotel. In the large suites, there are 2 shower heads. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. One of my favorite places to stay. Even a mall with a food court next door. I recommend staying here if you are in campo grande area. Even outside Rio heavy traffic.

The hotel room was comfortable and the staff went above and beyond for me during my visit. I definitely will stay here again.

Loved my stay again there. Staff is good. Rooms are clean , restaurant there ofered a lot . Really good breakfast.

Quarto grande e vem limpo, face da manhã bom, atendimento muito eficiente

Hotel está degradado. O quarto estava molhado por causa do ar condicionado; o banheiro com paredes sujas e com infiltrações, chuveiro ruim e box encardido, assento menor que o vaso sanitário. Café da manhã com poucas opções ee qualidade não tão boa, demora na reposição. ão boa

Hotel bom, funcionários muito bonzinhos e atenciosos, porém, em alguns momentos se distraem e não enxergam a necessidade de atendimentos no restaurante. Inexperientes. Comida boa. As instalações deixaram muito a desejar: condicionador de ar pingando no corredor e no quarto. Mesmo pedindo para arrumar, continuou. Fazendo barulho mesmo desligado. Portas do armários emperradas. Porta do banheiro difícil para uma criança, idoso ou pessoa debilitada abrir.

Cheguei no hotel as 17:00hs e o quarto ainda nao estava liberado. Tive que aguardar uns 40 minutos até a liberação. Limpeza ok, cama boa, mas a tv estava com imagem horrível

Limpeza e higiene péssimo. Café da manhã horrível, o café parecia mais a borra. Para o preço que cobram é um absurdo.

O atendimento muito gentil e ambiente limpo. O preco estava muito alto para a região onde o hotel está instalado.
