The room was spotless and equipped with modern comforts! Access was secure but comfortably accessible. We stayed in a room with a balcony, and waking up to the view of Rome’s terra-cotta rooftops was absolute magic. The bed was extremely comfortable after long days of walking. You genuinely cannot beat this location. You are tucked away in a quiet building (with an elevator!) but are literally steps away from Piazza Navona. We were able to walk everywhere—the Vatican, Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo, and Campo de' Fiori are all just minutes away. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Vincenzo is the definition of Italian hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

This was the epitome of a fantastic lucky find. This was in a great location, walkable to everything. From breakfast, dinner, drinks, Piazza Navona... the train station, Trevi Fountain (these were a little longer, but still super easy,) it was great. The Uber driver took us to where we needed to be, but warned us that not all people might, and suggested a church nearby for a pickup/drop off for taxi and Uber, which we confirmed. The room was absolutely clean and inviting, as well as our host, who we had great chats with, he suggested local sights and cuisines (one dish of which we cannot stop trying to recreate), and helped us out TREMENDOUSLY with some travel mistakes. For which, we are forever grateful. The views were out of this world. Rome is very busy and hectic, and this was definitely a serene escape my husband and I loved to go back to after a long day, have some drinks on the patio, listen to the local music and laughter below the balcony. When we come back to Rome, I'll definitely be seeking this place out again for our stay. When we initially booked, we thought we were booking a 'hotel' (...like a chain)...but this was by far outperformed any 'hotel' we've ever stayed in. Nothing compares to being able to speak with and relate to an actual person, a local, who has a passion for what they do and cares for the people that stay. If you can get a room here, I highly recommend, 10/10, thank you for our fantastic stay!!!

The room was great. It had the most beautiful view of the church steeples and you could see the bells swinging. Lot’s of great restaurants around and we could walk to many sites! Highly recommend!!

Our room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony right in the heart of the old city. My only comment is that I thought this was a hotel, not a style of Airbnb. So if you are completely independent this is a great choice, if you are looking for a front desk that can provide services, maybe not for you.

The in room coffee make was unable to be moved from the shelf in our room, as well as the couple next to us. So, don’t count on the coffee. The hotel said someone would check in to empty trash between 11-2, but no one did this. The room is clean, and bed comfortable, so if you count on a shower and sleep, it’s fine. Do not pay for the patio as you are not able to open the door and walk out there. It’s really for aesthetics. We would come back but it is no more than a 7.5-8.0 on the scale.

Great little spot! Gorgeous view. A bit tiny if you are a group more than two in size! It was perfect for us.

We loved our stay! The room was very comfortable and the balcony was the best part. The location was also very central and we had a bunch of little restaurants around that we stopped for drinks at. I would defiently stay here again.

I absolutely loved this place. It was small and charming, perfectly located, off the main streets so mostly quiet but you are in Rome..there will be noise and you will hear your neighbors. Vincenzo the owner was lovely and so kind. The room is perfect for 1-2 people. I’ve seen so many reviews talking about how small the bathroom is etc…this place is very authentic Rome feeling. If you want a huge bathroom and giant balcony, towels and linens changed every day then go stay at a Marriott or other chain. This place was wonderful and perfect for my 3 day trip. They made my bed every day and refreshed my drinking glasses. There was a small fridge with a giant bottle of water on my arrival. The bed has usb plugs near the base which was really helpful. The bathroom is small but I enjoyed the change from the usual places I stay in the states when I travel (very little counter space heads up) The shower is tiny so don’t expect to share it and I was worried I may flood the floor but I didn’t :) ample towels are provided along with toilet paper. Great black out curtains if you do decide to sleep in but I encourage you to wake up EARLY and beat some crowds. The surrounding streets are magical first thing in the morning when they are empty. Also heads up the door locking was strange to me at first..you have to use the key which turns many times (no standard flip lock) but I got used to it in a day.

Whilst the bedroom was of sufficient quality the bathroom which is not displayed in any pictures was really poor. Tiny, very unsuitable but worst of all after a long day walking round Rome we returned and had not been provided with any shower gel or shampoo. Nobody around to ask for it and we had to wash with hand soap. This is a basic requirement and the tiny little sachets you provide should be replaced daily

The property is in the coolest spot in Rome and the balcony of the room overlooked the city. Felt like we were on top of the world. The room was styled with elegant, vintage furniture and we had a coffee maker and water on arrival. The owner helped to arrange an airport transfer for us and suggested the most fabulous restaurant for our last dinner in Rome. Great property and would love to stay again.

The hotel was perfect: utterly charming and comfortable, and I'd stay there again and again and again. Beautiful, spacious room with a small terrace with a table and chairs overlooking quintessential Roman cobblestone streets, terracotta rooftops with tropical plants, and church domes of Rome. Comfortable bed, quality bed linens, and towels, fine antique furnishings, gorgeous hardwood floor, armoire, desk, chairs, coffeemaker and coffee, teapot and tea, cups, saucers, water and wine glasses, small fridge, fast Wi-Fi, small bathroom with excellent rainfall shower and spray. Beautiful building - 4th floor with elevator and marble staircase. It is in an ideal location about two blocks from the Piazza Navona, amidst many restaurants, shops, pharmacies, coffee places, gelato, pizzerias, art galleries, and churches, all the wonderfulness that brings us to Rome again and again. And it was quiet for sleeping. We booked our rides to Fiumicino with the hotel's car service, and they were perfect and much less than a taxi. The hotel cannot keep luggage after check-out, and I stored mine at the luggage storage place the hotel suggested - two blocks away. Then I noticed that ten paces from the hotel's front door is a storage with lockers and no attendant, which I would have used had I realized it was there. The cafe immediately next door, where I had the most delicious ginseng coffee, has sofas, chairs, and Wifi. It is where I spent the last hour of this trip in Rome.

The location of our room had great access to all touristic sites and landmarks walking distance. Cleaning would go by daily but would only do the bed. Bathroom was not maintained. Several times our balcony door was left wide open and when complained to front desk, he said he would go in to turn off the lights and assess safety hazards...very uncomfortable 😑
