Good value for money hotel

Beautiful art work by host's mother decorates the walls. The host and staff were most kind and very solicitous of my needs. I was completely happy with my stay here. Next time I will stay longer. Catsnia is an amazing city.

The location is fantastic with everything around.

Our main host Teresa was lovely and welcoming even when we arrived outside of the usual checkin hours. Overall the hotel is good value for money. The breakfast is something to be desired but at the price point it is fair!

The wifi does not work and hasn't worked for some time despite what is claimed. The young man that works in the afternoons is a bit rude while Stella is a pleasure.

I would recommend this hotel. It is very central, found in Via Etnea which is the main street. It is close to all shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The only downside is that the internet (Wifi) did not work from one of the rooms. However, we would definitely stay there again.

Good location and very clean

The room was great but on arrival our room had been booked to other guests so we had to stay elsewhere which was an inconvenience and not as nice. The staff member who checked us in also tried to get extra cash off us in excess of the room rate.

This hotel is located in a wonderful central location. It is clean, comfortable, and has a friendly staff. Wifi is reliable, lots of hot water, simple breakfast, and is everything you are looking for at this rate. I would definitely recommend it!

Very bad experience, probably the worst hotel I've been to. Here's why: - Really small bathrooms - Kitchen and cleaning room between rooms and start making noise from 6 am onwards - No amenities - Dirty - Moldy bread for breakfast (couldn't believe either...). Also starts at 8 and finishes 9:30 (not 7:30 to 10 as promoted) - Rude staff, no english The only good thing about it the location - very central.

Only problem faced was that the external door could not open and since the hotel has no front desk, we were left outside for over 45 minutes till another client opened the door. Unable to leave the hotel as we were worried that had to spent the night outside. On checking the next day with the reception was informed that the lock was not working properly but could not be replaced as the building is shared by different tenants.

Room was cozy and comfortable. The owners were very nice. The hotel is located in the main district so shopping and sight-seeing were all very convenient.

Centralissimo, gestione gentilissima e molto pulita. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
