Very clean and friendly staff. Location was walkable for many dining options and sight seeing.

Food was overpriced and only marginal. Hot tub (jets) were out of order. The hot tub was the sole reason for booking the hotel. Property was worn. It seems to be understaffed.

This was a lovely location to stay at for a work trip.

I hope hotel staff pick up the phone.they always not answering.

Beautiful hotel and great staff

Check in was amazing , got a complimentary upgrade with bayside view. They offered me a pack n play for my baby. Gym was nice and lots of places to eat nearby.

I LOVED my stay here! The room was clean, the hotel was beautiful with a view of the Bay across the street, and the staff was lovely and welcoming! When the agents found out I had been accepted to law school there, they made me a sign! They were amazing! Shoutout to Kenzi for having my room ready early and the two guys at night who gave me late night food options! (Can’t remember their names) I did have a red stain on my comforter when I got to my room but that was remedied immediately by giving me a new one and an extra blanket. Please stay here if you’re visiting the Downtown San Diego area! 10/10!

Room dresser slightly worn out

Excellent location to airport and downtown. Quiet, stayed night before flying home.

The outlets where not working, small pool, valet was the only option which was an additional charge.

Really nice experience for the weekend stay. Valet parking was really convenient and efficient. I was allowed early check in which was really nice of them to accommodate my friends and I.

Room ws not ready by 4 pm check in. We needed to leave for our event and didn’t get checked in to our room till after 11:30 pm

The only thing that I did not like was the parking situation.

There is no self parking. You have to valet and that's $60 a night! I honestly don't remember that being on their website; so, that was a surprise fee.

Clean and conveniently located

We live staying here every time we visit SD. Mandatory Valet Parking at $60 is bit steep.

They let us check in early and had secure storage for our luggage after checkout. It allowed us to tour the sights before boarding our cruise ship. Staff was very friendly.

Only a $20 Uber from the airport, walking distance to the convention center! Consistently good service, cleanliness.

the front desk staff were wonderful, so was the staff in the restaurant and bar
