Room was clean. Suite was large. Staff very friendly and efficient. Appreciate English at the desk. Great to be able to control room temperature. Breakfast was excellent.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the Fisherman's Wharf and is very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - you choose from one of four choices each day. The beef is truly wonderful. You also get access to a small lounge by the front desk which provides free water and juice all day. There is also the option of free soup and/or curry in the evenings should you want it. Staff are lovely too.

A very nice hotel just next to the famous Nusamai bridge. My only small issue was the our room was quite noisy at night due to big vents on the upper roof. However there was a nice touch for all guests of free wine and curry every night in the lounge.

Very good service at this hotel. Liked the guest lounge with complimentary drinks and food. The breakfast set choice was exceptionally good. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when in Kushiro.

Clean, good downtown location, good staff.

We had an excellent stay. The included breakfast was huge and very filling. They offered complimentary wine and food in the lobby in the evenings. It was an easy walk into the main stretch of the city centre where there were restaurants and shops

I loved being right on the Kushiro river. The staff was incredibly helpful and room was perfect for me.

Rooms more spacious than usual for Japan and very clean and comfortable. Very courteous and friendly staff. Extensive breakfast, traditional Japanese and the complimentary venison curry and wine in the evening was very welcome. It's a small portion, so don't rely on it for dinner, but tasty and no charge. A pity the restaurant is not open for dinner,only lunch, but there are plenty of restaurants a 5 - 10 minute walk away. Quiet location and free parking. Easy to find. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, good location, comfortable, quiet, free parking, exceptional breakfast + amazing buffet. Things reception didn’t tell me: There’s free wine in the lounge from 15:00 on. You can pick a custom pillow and soap/shampoo in the lobby (to the right of reception). Top floor has a deck where you can watch the sun set. Would definitely stay here again.

Quite place to stay and nice river view from room. Breakfast was good as well as on the room condition. Good to provision spoons in the room for hot beverages.
