Dirty room, no refrigerator.

Staff was friendly and helpful and it was very clean. There’s a bar with minimal selection but still nice and a restaurant, close to airport and the stadium

Great little spot. Clean and quiet. Only thing missing was a mini fridge.

There in no A/C or substantive fan. We ended up sleeping with the windows open. But it can be loud at night. The blankets had cigarette burns in it. That definitely helped us cool if we needed a blanket. It was close to gnp arena. That was good. The artwork and all that is nice, too. I will not stay again when I go back.

Había leído reseñas muy malas sobre el hotel es solo que creo que se confunden porque si está separado el hotel del motel pero no concuerdo del todo con lo malo que mencionan otros usuarios, ya que considero que para descansar un par de días es bueno el hotel, queda cerca del estadio GNP. Lo único que no me gustó es que estaba un poco sucio.

Las instalaciones no son de hotel. Está promocionado como algo que realmente no es y no es un lugar que inspire confianza para hospedarse ahí. Fui a hacer check in y en cuestión de minutos decidí mejor ir a un hotel más limpio y seguro

This is a good choice if planning to attend a concert in Foro Sol or Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. Puebla Metro Station is 1 km away. Surroundings are safe to walk around during any time of the day any time. Hotel Staff was very courteous. They allowed us to check in a bit earlier, and after check out they allowed us to save our bags in the front desk for a few hours with no cost. The Beverly Hills Restaurant was good as well.

I was uncomfortable that they took my ID from me. A copy is reasonable but the whole ID? I would have canceled but I give it the benefit of the doubt. Plus this was a last minute trip.

The vent was horrible, I could not use the a/c because it smells like kitchen with all kinds of smell of food. I could not sleep for one minute, I left as soon as I could get out.

This is a SEX motel!!! I am extremely upset that Travelocity would include it on its listing!!! I selected this place because I needed something cheap and close to the airport, since I had an early flight back to the U.S. First, the taxi driver had a difficult time finding the place, even with the exact address. Second, it was a sex motel with dim lights, a plastic-covered mattress, old and raggity sheets, porn channels, and no elevator. Third, the A/C made a lot of noise, but it barely cool the room. Fourth, 30 minutes after I laid on the bed, I started hitching like crazy. Fifth, there was NO hot water to take a shower. Finally, when I requested a taxi, they told me it would take 40 minutes (I went on to the avenue and got one in 2 minutes). One of the worst night of my life!!! I will never book a thing on Travelocity ever again!!!

Is just a dirty hook up hotel. Where prostitutes go to work. Horrible place. Could not even stay had to leave. Sheets had stains. On top of that they were a dingy gray. What a horrible waste of Money

First of all it is not a hotel. It is a drive inn motel type for shady hook ups and other below par services. We enter the room after a weird checkin, the reception is on the street almost open to all - ie, no lobby, i find a roach roaming the floor. The rooms smelled funny, the sheets were stained otherwise smelled clean and the bathroom had no toilet paper until we asked for it. And the toilet seat had human remimants.

Moved to a real Hotel right away. they reuse shampoo and lotion containers... area is not the best for people traveling or tourists. Room has a wood window that communicates to hall... not safe at all...

Es un buen lugar, cumple con su función, la habitación está cómoda pero la puerta nunca funcionó con nuestra llave, fuera de eso para una o dos noches está perfecto

El personal muy atento y amable.

Me gusto todo en atencion, para lo que pague se me hizo adecuado, solo que no se porque la cortina en 2 ocasiones se subio sola jaja y me dio miedo, porque se controlaba con un control que estaba junto a mi cama y nadie le aplano y luego ya le puse en stop y dejo de subirse en la habitacion 511 pero fuera de eso todo muy bien las habitaciones comodas. No necesite poner el AC porque estaba fresco pero si estaria bien que en epoca de frio si funcione para que pongan la calefaccion.

Extreem gehorig hotel. Het kabaal van de drukke weg is ernstig, maar de luidruchtige gasten zijn het ergste om 4 uur 's nachts.
