Happy to store our luggage, nice room, hot water.

The room wasn’t cleaned well, dirty tissues on the floor. The plug sockets were hanging off the wall, missing items from the wall and wallpaper missing. There’s no where to store clothing/items so anymore than one/two nights would be hard work. The staff are nice and helpful and the location is very good but this is a hostel not a hotel.

The rooms are very small, basically it’s a step up from a hostel or B&B. Great location but the rooms are very basic and if someone sneezes in another room you will hear them because of the thin walls. Staff were very friendly but if you can afford to spend a bit more to stay elsewhere for the comfort I would . Unfortunately for me it was New Years Eve so this was the only place available .

This hotel is clearly not a hotel but a hostel with a few hotel rooms. There was constant noise through the night (and we stayed on a Monday and Tuesday evening) and we got very little sleep. Staff on arrival were not particularly friendly in fact I would go as far as to say they were passive aggressive at best. The room was clean and functional but cold with ineffective heating controls that did nothing to warm the room. It is located very centrally and close to most of the attractions that Oslo has to offer, and is great if you want to stay in a hostel but not good for anyone expecting a hotel.

Perfect for a short stay

Very clean room, comfortable beds, everything working perfectly in the room and bathroom, very safe with electronic access to room and elevator. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Superb staff, even carried one of my heavy suitcases. Room (301) is simple and no frills but comfortable

La chambre était minuscule, mais très bien situé. La seule chose que je déplore, c’est que j’ai réservé avec déjeuner inclus, mais sa existe pas à cette hôtel. Il n’y a rien d’inclus, on dois tout payer sur place.

Everything is almost good!

I was given a top floor room facing the city. its right next to the akershus fort and easy access to restaurants and public transport

Stayed in a deluxe double room on 5th floor and it was modern, spacious and bright, with high ceilings, with a large bathroom. There was a small issue with the seal on the shower which meant water leaked out. The beds were really comfortable and we slept very well. Some noise from the Dubliner bar across the road on weekend nights meant it was loud even with window closed. Would be an issue for light sleepers. Room was not cleaned for the 4 days we were there (this was communicated in advance). Not an issue for us but could be for others. Some minor room issues like lightbulbs being broken, visible dust on wooden floors around the beds. A deeper clean may be needed between stays. Only dealt with staff when checking in and out and they were friendly, as well as cleaning staff in corridors who welcomed us. Communal reception areas were clean and cosy. We were able to leave bags when arriving and room wasn’t ready, as well as after check out. The location is great and just a few minutes walk to main central sights. For a private room, this price was very reasonable. A lot of the poorer reviews refer to dorms, which we did not stay in. Would not hesitate to stay here again based on the great value for money.

Room with lots of space for a family of four! And the proximity to many attractions and the harbor was premium!

Stayed i an economy standard room AT AUD250 per night, quite expensiv. Room was cramped, no drawers cupboards, bed lamp not working even though reported as faulty as soon as we booked in,. Not repaired 3 nights later when we booked out.Awkward access to room. Curtain torn. Other rooms may be better for all I know but probably the worst r00m I have stayed in. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and did their best.

The hotel is right in the middle of old Oslo which is great for seeing the sights.

Location is nice.

The amount that the hotel charged me was very different (by >$300) from that specified in the reservation email I received from hotel.com. When I raised the issue with the hotel, they asked me to take it to hotel.com, which doesn't even offer an easy-to-access phone number on their website. Very disappointed.

The location is good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. But, the hotel itself, given the high price, is terrible. Lack of such basic items like shampoo and tissue paper (there is toilet paper and body wash, and that's all). No room service either. Outrageously expensive for such low quality. Will not recommnd unless this lack of amenities is a norm in Oslo.

K-7 is ok.

Good location and overall not bad for the price, a little more effort on the interiors and cleanliness would go a long way to improving things though.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the building. It was cozy and the staff were friendly and helpful.
