Very Disappointing Stay – Completely Overpriced I left this hotel with a headache and body aches after one of the most uncomfortable nights I’ve had in a long time. We paid ¥62,100 for just one night for myself and my two daughters, and it was absolutely not worth the price. The sofa bed was unacceptable—it felt like sleeping directly on exposed metal springs with an extremely thin mattress. It was painful and made proper sleep nearly impossible. The pillows were overly thick and uncomfortable, causing additional strain on my neck. The room size was far too small for three people. There was not even enough space to open a small carry-on suitcase, which made the stay even more stressful and inconvenient. On top of that, having the toilet inside the same bathroom space made it very impractical and crowded for three people to use. For a 3-star hotel at this price point, basic comfort and space should be expected. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below even minimum expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting a comfortable stay.

Very convenient location, walkable to all local top restaurants and attraction. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very nice city to visit if you’re traveling to Japan.

Room was clean and quiet. Good location too. Since a lot of my friends in Utsunomiya, I will come back.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient for both Tobu and JR railways. Plenty of eating and shopping choices nearby.

Clean and luxuary

Great location transport to Nikko literally 5 minutes away and the main station about 25 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and things to do as well.

It is an older property. Location close to government offices, restaurants and shopping. The local bus service is good.

Convenient

It's nice cozy hotel, on grand floor there is a restaruant and you can enjoy buffet. Walkable to convenience store.

Whenever I go to Utsunomiya, I always pass by this hotel and kept thinking to myself that I wanted to stay there even for a night. Now it came to reality and it didn't fail me. Me and my husband were so happy with our stay. The best one so far! ❤️

Great hotel - large room, friendly staff, good location.

The room was clean but the bed (although a good size) was uncomfortable. I could feel every spring in the mattress.

Very nice to stay. Large room with comfortable furnitures. The couple of bad thing was no coffee at the room and one of restaurants at the second floor. Without explanation the guy just didn't allow to enter. Not sure it was fully book in the early dinner time or not but just said "No". Heard from front desk that we need to book it but hard to believe. I know some Japanese places doesn't want to have foreigners.

駐車場の通路が狭いので要注意です。駐車スペースは広いところもあります。

お部屋や館内施設は清潔に保たれている印象。 スタッフの方々の接客は前のめりでもなくて、可もなく不可もなくといった感じ。 朝食のビュッフェの品数はちょうどいいくらいの量。 オムレツ、餃子、宇都宮焼きそば、ソフトクリームが食べられるのは良かったです。 車で行った際の1番のネックは地下駐車場🅿️ 入口と出口が狭くてだいぶ気を使いました。 大型のミニバンやSUVの方は近くのコインパーキングに停めた方がいいかも。

部屋の温度調整をする機器が無い様でした、個人で好みの温度に出来ないのかな?と思いました。

チェックアウト後、ホテルの外で立ち止まっていたら、お掃除していた方に「オリオンスクエアで音楽のイベントをやっていますよ、出店もありますよ」と声をかけていただき、素敵な案内をしていただいたき嬉しかったです。

東武宇都宮駅から近く、周辺には飲食店も多くあり大変便利でした。 客室内も美しく清掃されていました。 1点だけ、トイレの洗浄機能を利用するスイッチとペーパーが後ろすぎて、非常に使いにくく感じました。

東武カードで、ポイントがたくさん貯まります。また利用させていただきます。

多少の古さはありますが、清潔でベッドの寝心地も良く快適に過ごせました。コーヒー紅茶緑茶が置いてありましたが、砂糖とミルクが置いてなくコーヒーもインスタントだったのが少し残念です。冷蔵庫も開けにくかったです。
