Comfortable and quaint

The property was good for the price.

Good location and room. However, Wi-Fi did not work on the first day. I had to use cell connection and pay roaming fee. AC was off despite hot days, had to keep window open during night.

Great hotel, very well located. Breakfast not amazing.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the oldtown. There are some area was in the shower that required maintenance and more attention but others than that everything was perfect

This property is perfectly located to enjoy Lecce! Many restaurants, shopping, plazas, historic sites nearby. Rooms are small, but very clean and well appointed. There is an elevator, but some rooms have a few steps to access. Breakfast was good. We will stay here again if returning to Lecce!

Extremely hard bed, least welcoming front desk staff I’ve ever encountered - hostile really - and outdated furnishings. This is one to avoid.

Always a pleasant stay.

As a budget hotel option we were prepared for the rooms not to be amazing - and they were fine - but we didn’t reckon on the hotel-wide aircon system to not work properly in the two rooms we were offered. It seemed as if they knew it was a problem but had no solution. We eventually had to book another hotel for the last night as the heat has been in excess of 40 degrees every day. If you advertise air con then please supply it in a fully functioning state. No sleep for 4 nights = unhappy guests.

Loved the historic building!

Great location near piazza duomo and the othermain piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Everything was nice except the mattress was way to firm for me. Walkable to entire centro storico.

Nice hotel but location no good for tourist

The location was excellent, room was comfortable, and staff was friendly. Just what I needed for a relaxing weekend away.

The hotel is in a great location right in the middle of Lecce surrounded by restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are small but it is in a period building in an old city. Breakfast was a little disorganised but again staff were helpful

Check in was easy, though I did not get a room with a city view as advertised. Never trust the pictures when they show a view. The room has a perfume smell which I hate strong scents. There were also ants in the shower multiple times! The bed is too hard to lay on your side. Not good lighting in the room and bathroom. The room is comfortable in size. Otherwise clean. Instant Coffee provided in room. Breakfast is the typical Italian but also eggs and fatty, soft bacon. Cappuccino on request :) The hotel is in a great location and staff are nice!

This hotel is rally well located, but is it 4 ssts? The decor was a bit tired and could have made m more of the historic building. Our shower was broken (my husband fitted it back to the wall), and the room just didn't feel as comfortable as we'd have expected forth price and rating. But the staff were helpful and it really is in a good spot for 24 hours in Lecce.

Location is excellent. Rooms are small but quiet. Bathroom floods and breakfast is OK.
