The room was as advertised but in a neighboring hotel. They did upgrade us to a room with an inside private bath (with a step up to access) instead of a shared bath. Unfortunately it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Not so good when you are in a wheelchair. Luckily i am still somewhat mobile but it might not have worked for others. They did store our luggage for us when we arrived early morning

The property has an excellent location: 5 minutes walk form the bus/railway station, 5-10 minutes walk from the main attractions. I had a single room with "shared" bath, which actually was not 'shared". It belonged to the room ( 10 steps on the corridor from the room), and was used only by myself. Both room and bath room were super clean. I could leave my luggage at 8 a.m. and could pick up at 9 p.m. There was a reading lamp at the bed! Extra point!! The lady at the reception was super friendly and helpful.

We spent one night after a cruise. Everything was fine.

Clean, cheap, central, spartan, noisy, friendly, and next to the best gelato place in Italy, Zambulli's.

We enjoyed our stay at the hostel. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and there was a water boiler available to make tea and coffee. It was however a bit noisy in the morning when the neighbors left at 7am.

Stayed for 2 nights. Though the location is good this is the only benefit you get. It was very noisy at night. The comfort overall is less than expected.

Good stay has everything you need wifi is abit rubbish and the aircon is very very noisey in my room but other than that great

This hotel would be fine except it's on an incredibly noisy sleep. If you stay there make sure to ask for a room not facing the main street. The shared bathrooms were also very dirty and the showers didn't drain properly. The room itself was fine and the price was good.

very easily located place, like 10 minutes from train station walking down main street, there is an amazing Gelateria shop right downstairs. its about 20-30 minute walk to the main big square of Trieste where there are plenty of bars and places to eat, well located

Posizione centrale e comoda anche per la stazione. La proprietaria super disponibile e gentile. Saprà darvi anche ottimi consigli per la colazione.

A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Con una passeggiata di 10/15 minuti si raggiunge facilmente il centro storico

La pensione è situata in posizione buona per visitare a piedi il centro di Trieste. È molto semplice e spartana ma pulita. Non ho gradito che pur avendo modificato la data in tempo utile per il rimborso hotel.com mi ha comunque fatto pagare la notte non trascorsa lì. Il personale è gentile e la pensione è economica (se non succede l'inghippo capitato a me col sito). Punti a favore pulizia e centralità, punti a sfavore assenza di bidet, pavimento scricchiolante e difficile gestione di acqua calda /fredda della doccia.

Vicino al centro città e alla stazione ,struttura semplice ma gradevole, bagni comuni discreti ma per le docce sarebbe stato meglio al posto delle tende mettere le porte scorrevoli in plastica o in resina, inoltre tenere uno straccio (mocio) avrebbe aiutato a tenere pulito lo stesso bagno. Comunque accettabile. Esperienza da ripetersi.

The hostel is next to train station and that is very useful if you are traveling.

Great pension. Breakfast was served in a cafe on 5 minutes walking distance. The bed and pillows were very pleasant :-)

La camera molto comoda. La pensione essendo nel centro ti fa godere di piu Trieste.Una pensione Raccomandata!

Gute Lage große Zimmer und sehr freundlich. Alles ist auch sehr sauber, mann kann es nur empfehlen.

Rymliga rum, fräscha toaletter och duschar. Personalen talar mycket bra engelska, så det var lätt att kommunicera! Något högljutt mot gatan då det finns en väldigt populär gelateria i samma hus som har öppet sent på kvällarna! Gångavstånd till allt, <5 minuter till tågstationen, 10-15 till centrala Trieste och 30 minuter till kommunala stranden.
