Staff were friendly and helpful. I got all the help I needed from them. The location of the hotel was great with convenient travel facilities. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Customer service is very friendly.

The room is OK, however, no hot shower. Room size is OK for the price.

Need a contact number (whatsapp/sms), when we check in after 12 o clock and the door is loacked and have no staff assist, we cannot contact any staff from the hotel.

Nice budgets hotel. You have to use a vending machine to get the key when check in and check out. Got a mini elevator.

When we reached the hotel to check-in, then only the staff told us that there 's no water heater and window for the room, need to add another RM5 to change the room. The room smells bad when you first opened the door. Some of the pillows also have some weird smells. The hotel lift also sometimes will jam so you will have to walk to the top floor through elevator.

For this hotel was really good for short vacantion here, everything was fine and also perfect for traveler who on budgets plus is also easy to find many restaurant, foods and some store like 7E and KK mart also near around. And also for second night on the hotel, the room I was in suddenly like out ahaha but its fine, all good and comfy.

A simple hotel, but very comfortable for those dealing alone or as a couple. Strong water, comfortable beds and the best air cond system.

Everything is fine, but the pillow has been changed, put a kettle/water dispenser on every floor. It's annoying to go down to get water

Countless times stay here. Always repeat to stay here. Room is quite nice. But this time stay, got TV problem, have raised the issue to staff, but was told that technician can't come. Staff can't resolve the issues. Quite disappointed and have to go outside to watch TV.

Had to check in here last minute due to water problem. But this hotel also facing same problem but still manage to do their best. No towel replacement, no room cleaning and WiFi not working.

The hotel is located in an area that is convenient to find Malay and Arabic food. hotel room ok, clean, comfortable only the bathroom is a bit narrow. others are all satisfactory.

The rooms were clean but checked in at 6am and checked out nearly 1pm extra charges of rm10. Per room.
