Good location, access to public transport.

The hotel is new and modern, only a short walk from the bus and train stations. Just across the road is a tram number 2m which takes you to the National Museum. There is also a number 9 tram that takes you to the zoo. I found the room a little hot and the windows did not open. IBIS breakfast is available from 6 am at a cost of 67 zloties which is very expensive for a Polish hotel. The staff were generally nice, except for one of the male reception desk workers by the name of Konrad!

Nice hotel. There was an issue on arriving to my room. The AC worked, but no lights worked. I returned to the lobby and they wanted to send up maintenance. I suggested a different room because I didn't want to deal with maintenance. They changed my room and the new one was fine. Breakfast was very complete. Staff were friendly.

Didn’t have any real complaints. Only wish there was a mini fridge in my room. Other than that, great location and great price for what you’re getting 👍

Big room with a nice and clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe and it was quiet. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Hotel Ibis is located within walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend staying in this Ibis hotel.

Really lovely hotel in a great location, walkable into the centre or bikes and scooters available outside. Staff were friendly & the hotel reception is great for both children and adults with things to do.

Ibis Wroclaw Centrum was a good hotel. My only issue was the location next to the train tracks. I don't think the noise interrupted our sleep, but it did wake us early. The room was bright, clean, upgraded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance of the train station, and close to attractions.
