Clean, comfortable room. Lots of hot water. TV had nice channel selection. Working safe in room for storage as needed. Strong wifi with occupant specific password. Location very convenient to town center. Walkable. Safe. Was told at front desk at checkin there was heating option with AC unit but in room maintenance man explained the original remote had been replaced by a generic remote and heating option wasn’t available although listed. As a vegetarian, the limited choice complimentary breakfast wasn’t really for me as most buffet dishes had meat or gelatin. I chose to eat elsewhere.

The perfect place to stay. Little kitchen in the room. A lot of business clients. An to my suprise, the price includes a buffet breakfast !

Nice hotel only a couple blocks from the town center. Hotel included free parking and free breakfast and the lobby and rear patio seemed recently remodeled.

Very small room for two adults and one child. Not well illuminated. Could not use the tv. Shower was pretty good though.

New area is quite nice, although third floor includes new and old rooms (ones to the right and others to the left). Hopefully as part of expansion plans, all the hotel could be refurbished.

Hotel Ros Gaud used to be old and perhaps not very well maintained a few years ago, but we stayed recently in the refurbished area with brand new rooms, and it is truly excellent. We often used to stay at RosGaud but stopped some time ago due to the lack of maintenance; now we have changed our mind, it is definitelty one of the best value properties to stay. Restaurant is magnificent, offer buffet breakfast included in the fare and the new rooms are exceptional.

We really enjoyed this visit. The Rosgaud is within walking distance of the zocalo and many local attractions. The hotel is spotless and the beds are huge and comfy. The wonderful chef in the restaurant prepared gorditas and empanadas for dinner. Nice experience, great price performer.

Nice Hotel but the internet has some problems that need to be addressed. Stay on the first floor if you want it.

The windows didn't close and you could hear everything happening in every room. The rooms are really small and we didn't have hot water in the shower
