This is not hotel but lies to post hotel, not easy to find out location

Is very nice hotel

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, however, the cleanliness needs to improved. The bathroom was very dated and there not as clean as it should be. The room had slippers provided, but they were reusable ones (yuck - imagine sharing with other guests). The couch was stained as well. Staff did not speak English (not a biggy because they were super nice). Wifi didn't work. Overall, it wasn't unpleasant stay, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. Definitely not 3 star. Also - note that there is NO elevator, only stairs, so for those with mobility issues - the room is not recommended.

we stayed here because it was close to where my parents live. at first it was hard to find but the staff was very very very nice and helped us carry luggages. everything's good but don't forget that the building is one of the oldest in the area so theres no elevator..

The hotel difficult to find. No signage or anything. Just a small door with number. I missed the 'no elevator' portion due to carelessness but this should be put up front not at 'small print' on the back. We were given 5th flr 4-person room even though the 3rd flr was empty. Have to pay 200NT to moved down due to mother in law inability to walk stairs that high. Should not been any charge at all. Originally ask for 300NT. They did not change bedsheets for the 3 nights we were there, which is quite annoying. Location quite close to night market but other things need improvement

I loved this hotel! I was a bit hesitant since there weren't any reviews, but I had a great time. This place is a bit difficult to find. The best way is to the take the MRT to Kaohsiung Arena, walk straight out of the exit until you see the road with a 7-eleven. Turn right and go past like 2-3 of the small stores. You're looking for a door with iron wrought accents that has a buzzer with the words "sun and moon" on it. If you can't find, you can ask the storeowners and they'll help you. The staff is very friendly and there are only a couple rooms. My room was in the front and had one of those awesome old-fashioned bathtubs in it. The room was exactly what I needed. It was a place to stay and relax and next to the night market.

環境不錯，CP值高，到瑞豐夜市不用過馬路，服務很好 只是浴室和房間之間是玻璃磚，要注意放浴簾

離夜市很近，方便購物 寵物友善

加被子需要加錢 但是被子上面很多頭髮 不是很整潔 被子還是我們自己依照電話指示去拿的 房間備品衛生紙只有一半的量 沒有多備

乾淨整齊溫馨 貼心的安排 是個會讓人再回住的地方

地點不錯 清潔可以再加強

我的房間是浪漫紫，房間也很乾淨，服務人員服務態度很好，樓下是髮廊，離瑞豐夜市很近

房間舒適明亮，缺點就是沒有電梯，扛著行李要爬四樓比較吃力一些，其他都還不錯喲

因為系統出錯，老闆娘主動幫我們升等成四人房，住宿很舒服，美中不足的就是房間有黴味。住宿地點離瑞豐夜市超近，離巨蛋也近，地理位置很不錯

非常棒的一間飯店。服務人員很親切，值得再去一趟。
