Room was very nice .. just lacked AC like all hotels in Switzerland so was hot even with a small fan and tiny window open. The hotel was very conveniently located and the parking was reasonable (15 chf per night) in a lot nearby. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

It is a fairly basic room with no special amenities; bring your own shampoo etc. There is a Nespresso machine that is greatly appreciated. Also the restaurant is quite good and the staff very efficient. Many restaurant, cafés, and pubs closely located on food.

Best Hotel and location in Aarau. My go-to when working there.

Aarau is an adorable old walled city with a river running through it and the hotel is charming, but also completely renovated inside. Staff was super nice. Bottled water and breakfast was included.

The rooms were very comfortable and the stuff was friendly. The location is also good. Just 100 meters and you are in the old town. It's recommendable.

I had an excellent stay at the Kettenbrücke while hiking in the area. The room was well appointed and comfortable, the staff I was in contact with were all welcoming and professional, the breakfast buffet was good and the hotel is within easy reach of everything. The only thing I didn't like so much is not something that the hotel can do anything about: Aarau is a quite a noisy town with a lot of cars passing at relatively high speed. I usually sleep with the window open, and unfortunately it was not possible that night.

The modern hotel is located right in the center of the picturesque city of Aarau. It has a cute rooftop, delicious breakfast buffet and we saw part of the river from our room. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful and our room was elegant and comfortable.

Beautiful modern hotel in the middle of town. Staff were great and made loads of effort. Only problem was no air-con in the room, made for a very warm night!
