Great stay, good area for great food nearby.

Exceptional Customer Service. Great Breakfast. And veey clean

I liked everything except how early they ended the breakfast. sometimes the women in charge of the breakfast buffet would close earlier than she's suppose to.

We were impressed by the friendly staff and cleanliness.

Staff was great. Not very quiet. Clean enough for a hotel. Older property and the pool was basic.

As far as food choices, there is a lot of places to choose from in the area where the hotel is located.

Hyatt is my favorite go to, especially since i have kids. This is the second time I've stayed on this property n its always an amazing stay.

What I loved about the location is that it was close to the freeway but not directly off of it. It was quiet inside and had a very nice lobby, the staff that greeted me was also very welcoming. Stacy was so kind and showed excellent customer service during check in. Overall it was an excellent staycation and I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to visit or taking a staycation.
