Very convenient to the cathedral. Lots of walking involved, however. Especially the stairs are not for the faint of heart. A bit tricky to gain entrance the first time.

Misleading of views. Trees are blocking views Latin lady at desk was hostile once she found out we were from USA because of her political views since she is from Venezuela. She interacted with an Argentine couple very nice and was talking politics. The room gave a dirty vibe. Bathroom was inconvenient

We decided to stay an extra night and staff was so accommodating. Excellent location.

Walkable to the Cathedral and other restaurants. Staff is very accommodating even after working hours, assisted in booking a taxi.

Vey nice staff and great location! Very near the Cathedral and Piligrim's Reception Office. Bathtub is good for a warm soak bath for the body.

The person who checked us in was kind a wonderfully efficient. He gave us a very good idea about where we could go for everything we need. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a million euro view. We loved it. Our only issue was the odor of damp in the bathroom.

Friendly staff. Hot water with great pressure in the showers. Warm and cozy room but the comfort of the beds left something to be desired. The hotel office also had a foul smell.

I enjoyed my stay, riim was small but comfortable. Raul reception was very helpful, polite and respectful. Near attractions.

I love this place, it was just perfect to begin my mini Camino. Rafael the manager couldn't have been nicer, or more patient with my lack of Spanish. He even steered me to the terrific restaurant next door, the Don Quixote and the breakfast place across the intersection.
