No food, beer or wine on arrival. No towels. Communal showers. No stores or restaurants close by. Depressing experience, but ok if all you want to do is sleep and run.

Nice like hotel to stay for a couple of nights, you need to be Open minded to know that your toilet and shower are down the hall, you only have a sink...you can book a room with private bath but it will be more highly price....but still good hotel for the price

small rooms but got the job done. place was clean which was appreciated. kinda hard to get to so we had to uber unfortunately.

The transportation into Antibes from this location takes up to an hour and is not very easy to navigate. Arriving from Nice airport was especially difficult and expensive. The room itself was very clean and the AC was fantastic.

In the middle of nowhere. 1 place to eat nearby. No transport links close to the hotel. Used as a base for Nice but ended up spending loads of money on taxis to get anywhere.

I booked a room with private bathroom,but they gave me shared toalet, and shower.One night we had scary experience when a drunken man was shouting, knocking on doors for almos an hour.We were so scared, finally someone came to take him out.I wouldn't recommend to families unless you are desperate to take a night sleep on your long travel.

Never stayed at a F1 hotel that didn't have ensuite bathroom....bit of a shock when we arrived late at night. Shared toilets were not nice to use but had been cleaned by the morning. Bedroom was very clean but bed was hard and uncomfortable. Handy location for onward travel but a long way from Antibes centre etc

Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. The staff are helpful and I have had two quiet stays, within the 22-0600 time slot. The breakfast is simple but good, the croissants disappear by 0800. Secured parking between 2200 and 0600 free.

The interior decor is fun and they have options for breakfast (not a ton), the room is rather cramped but can serve for a few nights.

The staff where very nice, the rooms are in a bit of a state and could do with a lick of paint.

We liked the hotel but were surprised that the bed was not made. We had to actually put the sheets and confortable ourselves.

A very basic hotel. No toilets or showers in the rooms. the ones in the corridor were pretty discusting. Frequented mostly by workmen and drivers and those looking for cheap basic accomodation. I shall not be returning.

We needed a place to stay the night as our flight arrived late. This hotel was on the way to our destination. If it weren't for the noisy kids, the place would have been much nicer.

It was a bit noisey with uncontrolled loud kids early in morning.
