Very nice small boutique hotel. Great room excellent service. We had a problem with a taxi that tried to rip us off (beware of taxis only take ordered from hotel and fix price) and they confronted the driver and helped us solving the problem

Spacious room and helpful staff! Appreciated they are flexible on check-in timing and let us have enough rest after the overnight train and check in at the morning! Good location and modern style!

Very nice small hotel. Excellent location right next to the Summer Garden, and right next to the Neva embankment. Close to center Nevsky Prospekt too. It's the second time I go to Saint Petersburg and stay at the DOM Boutique Hotel. Reasonable prices. Recommended.

The management and staff at this hotel were wonderful - genuinely warm and very professional. The interior decoration was beautiful and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast quality and service was the best and the Batman makes the best Negroni cocktail outside Florence!

Small hotel in a good quiet position for walking round the city. The room small but well appointed. The second day we were there brown water came out of the tap.

Great location, nothing is too far to walk to (good footwear is a must for St Petersburg). We had room service a few nights, all the food was tasty and great service. Breakfast was also very good - perfect porridge.

The staff are great! The property is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to many of the museums and great sites in St Petersburg

Cool eclectic decor and really nicely situated a bit out of the main touristic area but in a good way. Super easy to walk everywhere in St Petersburg.

New, well-kept boutique hotel, BUT... after checking out we left our luggage for a few hours with the valet/front desk, and later that night at our next destination realized an expensive watch was stolen from one of the bags. Bag was with us the entire rest of the day. Zero assistance when reaching out to them after. At check-in, hotel also tried to place us in the wrong room types, claiming to have never gotten the types we paid for on Expedia. This took 40 minutes to resolve. Also, this was an Expedia VIP access hotel but there were no perks mentioned or offered.

Very good customer service and the room is spacious and very clean. And it is close to the city centre as well

Staff were great, location very good, spotless. We're not fond of big breakfasts so weren't prepared to pay the price for what wouldn't have amounted to much for us.
