Good location, clean room, nice staff

Checking in after 6pm there was no reception, we were confused, fortunately there were other guests checking in and we asked for help, the room smelled bad, the price was expensive for a room which in my opinion was not worth it.

There was no front desk staff, it ' s a self checking apartment. First room assigned to me was not cleaned after last guest left. Floor was dirty and clearly not vacuumed. The bed was made, but dusty, the towel were cleaned. I complained and I was offered another room quickly, so I liked the customer service. The second room was clean. The location was good. Overall, I am okwith the apartment.
