It's quite far but quiet. Check-in and check-out were fairly quick despite only having one staff member. The check-in time is 4 hours, and a 500 baht deposit is required in case of card loss, but since I didn't have any Thai currency, the staff let me stay without a deposit, just to keep the card safe. Also, because of the short stay, I didn't use the restroom, so I don't know where or what the restrooms are like.

For 4 hours sleep and need to catch up a morning flight, this could be your option to stay. Located at b floor Suvarnabhumi Airport, only several floors below Departure-Arrival Floor. Easy. But the downside, only public bathroom without showers.
