The vacation rental was really nice and comfortable and would definitely stay here again my only complaint and not really with the property is the parking and cost $45 per day.

Overall, our group had a great stay. The property was pretty clean and comfortable. It’s a great set up for large groups. Many in my group commented on the comfortable beds and we also thought the showers were great. The staff was very friendly but left something to be desired as it relates to recommendations for dining in the area. Thankfully we had no issues finding all the delicious cuisine that NOLA has to offer. As some reviewers point out, the building overlooks an alley which leaves much to be desired. The location is incredibly convenient to most of the main attractions. Our group was able to walk to Bourbon Street, Casino, Jackson Square, Cafe Du Monde, French Market, even Frenchmen Street. The city itself is full of great food, live music, and entertainment but it also has its fair share of crime and violence. While walking back from a night out around midnight, we heard several gunshots nearby and it turns out there was a drive by shooting a few blocks over on St. Charles. I only mention that as something to keep in mind as a traveler but don’t fault the property. I don’t know if we would come back to New Orleans but if we did, we’d probably stay at the Natchez.

Overall we really like our stay. It was great to have our big group all in one space but still have separate rooms. There was a little noise from the other apartment that kept one of our group up all night but other than that it was pretty quiet. We did see a truck get broken into across the street in the same parking lot we had to use so something to watch out for. The staff was great at communicating with us and we really enjoy the setup of the apartment the decor and overall stay

This is one of the nicest hotels that we have ever stayed at. Everything from location, staff, hotel, and room is perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. If they open any buildings in any other states, we will definitely book with them only.

We had a great stay. The front desk was great and had great advise on where to go and things to do. The rooms were spectacular! Even better than what we saw online. I would definitely recommend this place. Perfect location. Close to all the good places downtown. When we come back, we’ll choose this place again.

We rented 2 units (1103 & 2204) in The Natchez for a national convention. The location of the building was fantastic, its literally 5 to 8 minute walk to Bourbon Street. We also could walk easily to either convention centers in minutes no need to Uber or taxi. The building on the outside can fool you due to the fact that Natchez is a very small street off the main fair that's not that appealing. The building does do a GREAT job letting you know where it is and tries to compensate for the streets lack of curb appeal. Once your inside The Natchez is very appealing! The units were just like the pictures they present. Very updated modern swanky residence. There are many small places to eat in walking distance. If you prefer to go shopping, Roush's Grocery is about a good 10 minutes walk or super quick uber ride. The staff was amazing (Brandi, David, Reese, and Dana) all helped out with anything we needed and were a delight to talk to even when we were just sitting in the lobby waiting for everyone to gather. Thanks again you guys, you made our trip a good one!!! A few heads up that aren't mentioned till you get there. If your looking at that patio and deck area to enjoy a nice cigar....you cant smoke due to NOLA ordnance. Also the pool area, cabanas, and rooftop close after 11pm. These are not deal breakers at all Other then that small thing The Natchez is a fantastic location and carries all the amenities you need for a great New Orleans visit..

The best experience ever. Did not disappoint. My family and I will return to NOLA. However, our visits were not long enough. There is so much to see and do in the city.
