Room was very clean Staff were amazingly helpful

Lovely room but quilt was very hot! Need a plug socket by the mirror. Disappointed as bar was closed so we couldn’t get a drink before going for dinner or apres dinner.

Unique hotel room. Unfortunately our room was on a busy street so was noisy. Parking offsite. Walkable to lots of dining options.

Wonderful staff that is very helpful. Hotel is very nice and the breakfast buffet is excellent with eggs, breads, fruit and a large variety of drinks. Great location also.

Lovely bedrooms with lots of space. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The restaurant was closed during our stay (because of the Bayonne festival), but the hotel was helpful in warning us in advance and recommending local restaurants that were open. Very central hotel, but quiet and peaceful, backing onto a pretty courtyard.

Good air-conditioning, confortable bed, good hotwater.. we had an overnight stop and the hotel room met our expectations.

A 5* experience in a beautiful location with a fabulous room with balcony. The stylish interior design, a la Philippe Starck, and personal touches only added to the overall experience. The level of service was exceptional and the general manager Edgar was extremely kind, informative, helpful and compassionate, and all front of house, waiting and other staff were helpful and polite. The enclosed swimming pool (open 24hrs) and sauna were fab as was the breakfast buffet. An amazing experience.

Lovely stay in this oldest hotel in Bayonne. Staff was gracious and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely. At dinner we ordered the veal chop for two. It was so good we ate the WHOLE thing!

We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is part of the ancient wall from 4th century or so, had been renovated and well kept. Roomss are spacious. Staff was very kind.

Beautiful large room, comfortable and overlooking the yard where people were signing. It was fabulous. Dining was amazing. And the area was super cute! Staff was friendly as well.
