I love this hotel! I've stayed in several other hotels in NH but this one is my favorite. Love the collegiate decor and the Yale theme throughout. The staff is helpful, the rooms are small but cozy and nicely decorated. The location is ideal and love having a cafe in the lobby to grab coffee in the AM.

The rooms were nicely redone, classy and old school but clean and modernized. Staff and service were excellent, the Poindexter cafe downstairs was super convenient with delicious and good quality coffee and breakfast items. Location extremely convenient to shops, dining and campus.

Graduate hotel is amazing if the trio is to visit the adjoining college. Second stay in graduate hotel this year and we will stay in another when possible. Room is small but well appointed. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is great with good toiletries.

The staff is very hospitable. She let me check in early and helped us with luggages as the elevator was out of order for a while. I really like the library set up so I was able to focus on working for a long while as my husband needs to use the desk in the room. The location is the best. I wish they had free bottled water in the room. The cafe in the lobby is very nice.

The area was unsafe, especially after dark—there was no easy way to get luggage to the hotel through the front door. There were a lot of stairs, and we had to carry our luggage up ourselves; there was no ramp or assistance available.

Great location - minutes from Yale’s Old Campus & around the corner from Pierson ResCo. Charming decor. Minimal space for drop off/check-in. Competing drop-off/street space with The Study (hotel next door-caution: unprofessional staff) - especially during busy times (Grad/Family weekend). No designated parking. Private (non-hotel) parking garage across the street.

The hotel is nice but different from other Hilton hotels. When I book a room at a Hilton I expect a certain level and the hotel feels like a youth hostel. The stay at the hotel was disappointing.

The Graduate is hidden gem right in the center of New Haven. Its European decor offers a throwback to English elegance and flair. My room was gorgeous and the bed ultra comfortable. The staff was great and the Poindester coffe lounge is comfy, cute and a great place to hang out and work. I will stay here again when I return to New Haven
