Lovely comfortable hotel within walking distance of Llanes. The car park was controlled by barriers using number plate recognition so felt safe and there were plenty of spaces. The staff were all very friendly.

Beautiful property great central location and quiet

The Expedia listing is very misleading. It's advertised as having a pool, however when you arrive you learn that it's €22 per person per visit (the lady at the pool reception desk kindly waited until we'd changed into our trunks to tell us). There was nothing during the booking process that indicated this. When I contacted them, Expedia's customer "service" people spent an hour lying to me, saying that the booking said that the pool wasn't free (they could not send me either an email or a link as evidence, however). When this didn't work, they told me that since the pool's not explicitly listed as free, it's at the hotel's discretion. I look forward to being told the same thing about, say, sheets or hot water in future. The listing also says there's a laundry, which there isn't. I was planning to do some, so it was annoying. As for the hotel itself, it's quite an elegant building in nice grounds, but it's seen better days. The roadside rooms get a lot of traffic noise, and there's no aircon, so you get to choose between too hot and too noisy. Breakfast is half hearted. Coffee's OK, small selection of limp fruit. Sometimes there's tortilla, depending on what time you go. Fresh squeezed juice is a nice touch, except for the dead flies. Llanes is a beautiful town with some terrific walks in the mountains, but I'd stay in a different hotel. I probably won't use Expedia again, which is a shame because they were my default booking service for a while.

No Air conditioner, small rooms, uncomfortable bed, squeleton staff, Ok for 2 star property may be.

Un poco ruidosa la habitación pero el hotel se encuentra bien ubicado y con parking

A favor: muy limpio, muy amables, muy bien situado, habitación amplia. Como puntos negativos: ¡sin aire acondicionado!, y la habitación estaba algo descuidada (tirando a vieja y con puntos de humedad en el techo). Por mucho que la alta demanda les permita cobrar 200€ la noche por una habitación así, me parece hasta una falta de respeto. Cuando reinviertan en mejorar, tal vez me plantee volver.

Hotel correcto que necesita modernizarse. Colchones un poco incómodos. No obstante, lo peor es no poder controlar la temperatura de la habitación. Por las noches hace un calor exagerado. El precio del spa es caro para el tamaño. Deberían hacer como en otros hoteles de la cadena que incluyen acceso gratuito al spa.

Hotel tres bien placé à l'entrée de Llanes. Cadre agréable, une belle bâtisse dans un jardin. Personnel accueillant et chambres agréables.

Al recepcionarnos no nos dijeron nada acerca del hotel , esta unicado en la emtrada y salida de Llanes es muy ruidoso . No tienen ventilacion en las habitaciones, es muy caluroso , mi habitacion tipo bohardilla la ventana es minuscula no se ve ni la calle y si se abre el ruido es infernal . El.spa es solo con acceso pago . Buen estacionamiento pero no todo es cubierto .
