Very friendly, polite and helpful staff

This is good old hotel with superb japanese style room. Front office was very helpful, especially when we need to leave our luggage during out hiking to Mount Fuji. Location was very strategic, near train and bus station. Geeat place. Thank you.

Old hotel, rooms smell like cigarettes even though we ordered no smoking. Rooms are a bit dirty.
