Weekend trip to visit relatives and Aloft is very close and always excellent value and quality.

Tv not working and fridge in the middle of the room. Called the front and they were trying to tell me step byvstep how to fix the tv instead of sending someone up. Fridge was open with a dirty rag and was left unplugged in the middle of the room and front desk said fire me just to nput it under the bathroom sink. Instead of sending someone to take a look and remove/ relocate it.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is full of restaurants, shopping centers, and mall.

623 noisy room!!! If you are tired and don't want noise, this room is not for you, especially if you are not a non-pet person, there was a person next door screaming all night and the dog barking uncomfortable!!

Always very welcoming! Love the atmosphere and surroundings in lobby. The room was excellent - clean and such a comfortable bedding. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back in future!
