The staff was exemplary, caring but not over bearing. Made sure your stay was enjoyable. The breakfast very fresh with great variety of choices.

This was a great place to stay. The front desk was very welcoming. Hotel is interesting. Good central location. Free sauna. I would recommend it if you're staying in Iisalmi.

The superior rooms are still small bit that's totally fine for Europe. The staff was very helpful and kind! The food ar dinner was excellent!

The decorations in the dining area and the lobby were unique. This concerns the furniture as well. We would have liked to know about the history of the hotel. Hand soap had run out and there was a minor leak in the bathroom.

Nice hotel in a interesting building. Impressive mural paintings in the dining hall. Room was clean and tidy. Some on-site parking, but ample parking also on nearby streets. Short walk from town square.

Chose this place basen on online reviews. The inside of the dining hall with the muralsis beatiful and keeps you occupied when having breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is a short walk from the few sights in this small quiet lakeside town, churches, the waterfront and brewery museum.

I chose the hotel because of its outlook, like an orthodox church (which it wasn´t). And because it was close to the railway station. I enjoyed the breakfast in the hall which was decorated with paintings like ikons.

Interesting little hotel that used to be a orthodox chapel. Dining room has marvellous frescos. Clean place and was renovated during our stay, but it did not disturb in any way. Our little dog got a free pig ear and duly shred it to pieces. Happy customers.

Huoneen siisteys OK. Kylpyhuoneen vesihanaratkaisu oli hyvin erikoinen, millaiseen en ollut törmännyt muualla. Vesihanan tuloputki oli pitkä ja korkea - ja asennettu kiinteäksi, eli ei voinut kääntää sivulle. Ratkaisu haittasi suuresti veden käyttöä ja kasteli väistämättä osittain kylpyhuoneen pöytää ja lattiaa. Oikea ratkaisu olisi ollut lyhyt kiinteä ( ja matala ) tuloputki.

Hyvä sijainti ja autolle saa aina parkkipaika sisäpihalta. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja sisustus huoneissa ylellisen komeaa. Kaikki toimii hyvin. Ainoastaa kesäaikoina helteiden aikaan vähän tukalaa kun ei ole ilmastointia. Käytän aina tätä hotellia työmatkoillani.

Huone oli siisti ja henkilökunta aivan huippu.
