Room was good, staff were nice. My problem was no hot water for the shower. When i brought the problem to the front desk, the response was" oh, im sorry i should have told you, we have a plumbing problem. If you run the water for 15 minutes it gets warm." No offer for a discount.

The hotel was fun and quirky (rotary phone, retro furnishings). The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Hot tub and sauna were a nice touch!

Check-in clerk was lovely and let me check in really early which was a life-saver. However, the accommodations are bare bones - no coffee (have to go outside and to the lobby), no iron or ironing board (this was an issue because I was there for an event), and the walls are so thin I could hear the neighbours talking and anyone outside. So be prepared not to sleep. It’s clearly a summer party motel for young adults.

Such a fun, cute hotel!

Such a fun facility! We loved the cute touches like rotary dial phones, yo-yos and comic books. Room was on the small side, but clean and cute. Great location. We took advantage of using the free bikes on rollerskates and were able just to go across the street to the park. Lots of food options, bookstore, and coffee shop is an easy walking distance. The hot tub and sauna were a nice touch as well.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great water pressure in the shower. Property should upgrade all the toilets to bidet style Japanese toilets to set themselves apart from every other hotel in the area!

There was no hot water in our side of the hotel. The manager offered to let us shower in another building that would require us to pack up and drive around to the other side of the property. Not ideal for 5 am with a flight to catch.

Check in and the room were both very good. Check out was not. The gentlemen doing the check out was vague, rude, and could not confirm that I double paid. This interaction was significant enough to overshadow the positives.

Great stay! Girls trip and the hotel was super funky and fun. Bunk beds are NOT comfortable and make sooo much noise every time you move. Sofa bed not much better. Person at check in wasn’t the most friendly but overall our stay was good. Hot tub and sauna were great and they security guard even let us stay in longer. He was so friendly ! Close to all amenities and rooftop patio was amazing. Wish there was a coffee pot in the room.
