We had little trouble to find the apartment because google map guided us through so many narrow streets. Once we know the streets it was quite close from seville cathedral. The apartment was nice and clean Exactly same as pictures. Only uncomportable thing was too little kitchen stuffs.they even did't have a kitchen knife.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartamentos Altamira. The location cannot be beat, centrally located and only steps from major sites and flamenco shows. Very convenient, quiet, and clean, and we enjoyed using the fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Excellent location. A few minutes down beautiful old laneways in possibly the most beautiful area of the city, to the Real Alcazar and Cathedral. Many restaurants also nearby to choose from. Despite this, I did not have any issues with noise. I found my apartment was clean and well proportioned. There is no elevator in the building, so taking my luggage to the top floor was slightly difficult and I did not have a particularly heavy or large suitcase. The footpaths in the area are also cobblestone which makes it very difficult to access on foot with a suitcase. There is a hotel next door with a taxi space I would recommend using if needed. Washing machine worked well, and a drying rack was provided. Kitchen also contained basic pots, pans and utensils. Housekeeping is not provided unless you stay longer than one week, but this was ok for me. I only had a few minor issues: Firstly, it would be good if the kitchen had basics like oil, salt and pepper. A tourist is not really in the position to purchase a whole bottle of oil, and the salt in the cupboard was hard so had probably been there a while. The hair dryer in the bathroom was faulty and could not be used. Finally, bathroom and kitchen soap/washing liquid dispensers were empty. Again, it would have been good for these to have been provided. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and a great location.

We loved the location as it was just steps away from everything exciting but far enough that it wasn’t loud at night or hard to get away for the business. Check-in was slightly unclear, as there is no front desk. However, once we received the instructions via text from the property owners, everything went quite smoothly. We received fabulous recommendations from our host, which helped make the trip even better.

Excellent location. Clean and spacious apartment. The issue we had was the noise coming from the fridge...It wasn’t all the time but it made a buzzing sound when trying to sleep or maybe that was the time, we really noticed the noise. It got cold in Seville at night but again, the heating made a noise. Otherwise, we enjoyed staying there. There are good breakfast places nearby so it was really convenient.

We enjoyed our 5-day stay here, despite the building's power going out for a few hours one evening. Mercedes was prompt in her response and took care of the situation as quickly as possible. The apartment is wonderfully located in Barrio Santa Cruz and 5 minutes' walk from the Alcazar and cathedral. We enjoyed our view of the street from our balconies but light sleepers should note that people like to party late in the nearby square and it can get loud even with windows closed (we personally had no trouble sleeping). We appreciated the comfortable living room and bedroom, as well as the well-equipped bathroom. This was a great base for exploring Seville!

Very clean, spacious apartment in a great central location. Strong WiFi and comfortable beds. Check in was a little confusing as you have to go to the Altamira restaurant across the street and ask for Maria. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was fantastic and so was the location!! Checking in was a little challenging as the phone numbers I was given were not answered but once we got checked in everything was great!!

Parked outside city and taxi in which was good as streets tight and parking expensive and he dropped us off 10m from apartment which with luggage is handy. Reception in the cafe with same name but apartment just round corner. Room clean spacious for two and good facilities. The kitchen and sink area a bit tight but ok. There is a roof balcony which is handy for smokers and an afternoon evening drink as room on third floor. You can see cathedral spire from roof and easy walking to all main sites. Plenty of good food and shops next to apartment. Large twin beds and quite at night. Good wifi in room.

Compact apartment in a great location. No lift and had some maintenance issues. Fuses blew on our last morning. The connected restaurant is very poor and ludicrously expensive for the quality of food offered.

Good location and great space with the price. I would go back there next time I am in Seville. Especially during the Faire.

The apartment is in a very central position, good for cathedral and shopping. It is very well equipped however the shower had one door missing and the shower head wouldn’t stay in the upright position meaning you had to shower one handed. The apartment itself was over a busy bar that ensured there was noise most of the time, but provided you didn’t want a particularly early night it wasn’t a problem.

This apartment is in a fantastic location for restaurants and seeing the sights. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. I agree that it is noisy (we stayed in 2a) as you can hear the restaurants pack away table and chairs at night and then bring them out in the morning and there is quite a lot of traffic going past for such a small street.I didn't mind this but light sleepers in the summer might struggle to sleep.
