The person who checked us in was very friendly and let us check into our room early. The only downside is the very restricted check-in hours, from 2 pm to 7 pm. The tram that takes you directly to the center of Bordeaux is right across the street. The room was fine.

It was a lovely, roomy place to stay. Although there isn’t much to do or see in the immediate area, it is quiet, and the center of town is just a tram ride away.

Easy access to the Metro, the apartment was spacious. A bit lacking in maintenance- bathroom tap was loose and board next to dishwasher was falling apart. Air conditioning wasn’t good, not a lot of extras, and had to ask for use of iron as none in room though had an ironing board. Not a terrible place, but it needs some TLC.

This property is very well located above a tram stop and with several restaurants and shops in close walking distance. The area is safe and secure and the property is well equipped.

The property was very conveniently located, and was really spacious and clean. We were very close to the tram line, plus shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovell apartment.

Perfect for what it was: simple family accomdation near to the city, in perfect position for transit and food. Couldn't fault it.

Very walkable area. The tram to the city center is right across the street as are several bars, restaurants and stores.

Hotel was okay but we need to have USB connection charger to able to charge mobile and breakfast rubbish. Need more food for breakfast Overoll okay

The appartment was very nice and big for the family.The sirvice was helpfull.Tram station just near the hotel.

Vacation

A nice way to feel at home, well done apartment the only change would be nice to make was the bedroom at least the one we had the bed was to short for my husband and he is 1.80 in hight, specious area for clothes but the bed was taking most of entrance space Kitchen well equipped and spacious Very spacious living room and sitting room Am very happy overall with the Ténéo and a great location as the tram is passing right outside of the hotel, on Wednesday morning noticed a nice market opposite the tram line Reception helpful and friendly I also liked the locking system of the hotel We was given a code as we was coming there after reception hours so we used the code to enter building then we used a code for access to post box to get our envelope that contained our room key with our welcome letter Thank you very much as this was so stress free and our stay made our holiday with ease

The free wifi don't work properly . The table in the living room was broken

Nice choice with very limited service but good for families

L'appartement était vraiment spacieux (encore plus que sur les photos) , très propre et silencieux. On y reviendra.

Conforme à la description.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'appartement est très grand. Parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 ados. L'état était impeccable, propre, bien aménagé. Il manquait un oreiller pour les enfants, l'accueil nous l'a apporté tout de suite. Les pièces sont grandes. La cuisine dispose de tout ce qu'il faut. Salle de bain propre, serviettes propres. Vraiment impeccable. Pour se garer il y a des places autour. Nous avons tout de même préféré le parking souterrain à 10€. Il y a quelques places réservées à l'hôtel. Je vous conseille d'y aller d'abord à pied pour repérer votre place. La place 25 est grande et assez accessible. En conclusion : Une étape reposante pour continuer notre voyage le lendemain.
