room was very clean, breakfast was great every morning. we stayed for four days. It was very nice the whole time.

I wish the refrigerator was bigger to contain take out food containers. Otherwise it was great

Bed linens smelled horrible, refrigerator didn't work.

3 day business trip in Chicago. Even thought it is 35 to 50 minutes to Chicago this is the best place to stay.

Great staycation

Property is a little old but the staff is very friendly and nice. Rooms are clean

We liked pretty much everything. However, the breakfast was average; but maybe because we ate after 9am. Kinda on the later side of things.

Room door would not lock. Called twice to have the door fixed or get another room. They could nit issue me a receipt for the room due to technical issues i was promised an email receipt and still waiting for it. When at lobby we waited about 5 minutes for someone to come out to front desk.

The front desk clerk, Tyler was exceptional in helping to untangle improper reservation information provided by Hotels.com. My reservation paid for a king room upgrade. Hotels.com sent the information to the property showing it as only two queen beds. The Front Desk clerk was extremely professional and honored my reservation, even though all she was showing was two queen beds. I really appreciated her help and can not understand how this happened by Hotels.com.

Check went well. That’s the best they had. No room cleaning of any kind. Had to go to check in to get more towels. 3 night stay with no housekeeping. When checking out all I could get for an answer to what to do with my room cards was a grunt. Workers couldn’t be bothered with their conversation to help.

It was a very clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and the lady in charge of it was excellent and on top of empty trays.

Just ran down, water takes long to get hot, kids allowed to just run in hallways disturbing the peace, furniture was broken, it's just not worth the money you are paying for the room.

Close to shopping and food spots. Only a 30 minute drive to Chicago Illinois.

Staff members were nice, but hotel is run down. Stains on wallpaper, carpets, and beds. All furniture was chipped and badly worn. Door on cabinet was barely hanging on. Overall seemed clean but badly worn out. Need major overhaul.
